I'm Yaagneshwaran, author of the fiction "The Group of Fools", which was published in 2011.

I'm currently about to finish the second one, so its high time I need a feedback of my previous novel so that I can understand your expectations !!

Er to begin with... Maybe try an eye catching cover that'll capture your reader's attention? Stats show that often a good cover draws readers like a moth to a flame.

Now, the current one which I am writing is a romantic thriller, so any suggestions? Also how do you choose to pick the novel of a new author?

The cover, for one. It has to be eye catching and unique. Once Ive actually picked up a book, the blurb/synopsis of the book is incredibly important for me. What is on the blurb can determine whether or not I read a book.

Another big factor is when I start reading. The start of the book often determines how much I like a book and sets the mood for the entire story.
