Meriam, there are lots of great books by Roald Dahl. Have you read Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, or James and the Giant Peach? They were two of my favourites when I was young!

Lots of his books have villains, but the baddies never win.

Yes! I love all of Roald Dahl's books! I am trying to collect them all. I probably have around 8 of them. Who else is collecting them?

Oh yes! The BFG is so lovable! I love the way they talk!!

Roald Dahl is so funny!

I read this aloud to my little one recently, and I have to say that The BFG is the most fun character EVER to read dialogue for. :)

I love the way BFG talks ! :D Roald Dahl has done awesome work with this book !

This is such a cute book and even though I'm in 7th grade I read it for fun and I LOVE IT more and more every time I read it!

He is! My brother is great reading as the BFG - I wish I knew his secret for keeping a straight face.

I love The BFG haha after i read it i so so wanted to have a BFG too! So Roald Dahl i love him and The BFG is not the 1st book i'm reading and i know that he is so funny......

One of my favorite children's book ever!!

I've read the BFG, James and the Giant Peach, and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Should I read Matilda? Also, should I watch the BFG movie?

This book is so cute and lovable by all, and I recommend to to anyone and everyone no matter the age. But my favorite Roald Dahl book is Fantastic Mr. Fox. It's really short and an easy read. Although Roald Dahl has some classic kids' books, all of his books are so good. Read all of them now!!

I'm considering reading Fantastic Mr. Fox. I've seen the movie and I've always loved the storyline. Is the book very similar to the movie?

I don't allow myself to watch movies that were originally a book, so I wouldn't know. But, I remember that this book sparked something inside me. U should totally read it!!! It took my about 30 mins to read it, so it's super quick and so so adorable. The characters r my life.

Sadly, no.
I didn't get a chance to go to the theatres to see it, and now I can only rent it November 29th! I was so mad when I found out, and I'm still mad.

I really like this book. It gave you bits of knowledge such as not to be selfish and to be kind. I have also watched the movie. I really want to eat the chocolate from there.
