For a while it was the goblet of fire, but I have to go with the deathly hallows, because that was the only one where I hadn't seen the movie first.
I did love the Goblet of Fire too, and I liked how it started to set up the tone for the last three books as well :)
Chamber of Secrets and Deathly Hallows...<3 them both..

Me too. I almost cried at the ending, and I don't cry too often when it comes to books.

For some reason, I'm not as in love with Chamber of Secrets as a lot of other people. I think it might even be one of my least favorite in the series, not to say it isn't good. All the books are good.
I loved the Half-Blood Prince because it truly was the climax of the series. We learned about horcruxes, Voldemort's life, and Harry went through what is, in my opinion, the hardest death he had to go through in the series. Some people will say that the prophecy in the Order of the Pheonix would be the climax, but I believe that the Half-Blood Prince truly set the stage for the final book.

I love the Prisoner of Azkaban! That is one of my favorites in the series for sure.

Im not fond of the forth and past it. Id have to say the third (lupin!!). But i really like the second too...
I did like learning about Voldemort and how he couldn't love because he was conceived under a love potion
I love the Deathly Hallows because it was so intense reading it and I love when a book makes me fangirl through every page!!! It's a sign that the book is epic!
The Prisoner of Azkaban! Always was my favorite and will be favorite forever. I love the history of Sirius.
I think i love "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer stone".. It gives me chills every time i read the book where it all began. :)
MY favorite book of the series is "The Goblet of Fire". Probably because, it was like the 'coming of age' in the series.
I honestly believe it's impossible to choose a SINGLE Harry Potter book! I cherish them all too much :)
I love all of them, but Deathly Hallows is my favourite! It would have been The Order of the Phoenix, but I was too traumatized by Sirius dying.
Prisoner of Azkaban!! I really love Professor Lupin and Sirius! I think their characters are awesome!! I also love Buckbeak <3 and the idea of the time turner!
Goblet of Fire hands down. It is the most detailed and gives the first insight into the magical world outside of Hogwarts. Voldemorts return was expertly written too. The movie could have been sooooo much better.
The GOF movie was one if the weakest movies. They tried to make it dark but just made it very silly. Also a lot of things were left out, like Twinkie and the kitchen elves. I can understand why they cut that stuff out, but it made a kind of a problem concerning the last book since at the time it hadn't been published
I agree. GoF book was great, movie not so much. Actually, I don't really like the GoF, OoTP, and HBP movies that much.
I really liked the OotP movie. I love Luna and Umbridge and really thought considering its an 800 something page book they did a good job. HBP was pretty much just teen romance drama. Felt like I was watching Glee
Haha, yeah my best friend loves the 6th and she always gets mad at me for throwing it under the bus :) idk, half blood prince was one of my favorites and I just think they cut some stuff out that was pretty important

I agree. They focused way too much on the teen romance part of it. I did like the way Luna and Umbridge were portrayed in the OoTP movie too.

Deathly Hallows. mostly for how clever and detailed it is, so many twists and turns that I didn't see coming and kept me gripped!
