( ˘ ³˘)♥ Jay Entering the pub and headed for the counter, thankfully it wasn't all that busy. A busy pub meant that getting food would be a hassle and there would be the hassle of dealing with drunken wastards. For now though there was hardly a soul inside. Which meant that the place would be perfect to get the rogue some food and then send her on her merry way. "What's the deal with getting this food? Why not head off to the next town over and get food here? Or is it that you need to get the food for someone?" He asked curiously as he took a seat at one of the small tables and picked up the paper menu on the top of the glossed wood.

message 5: by wanderer (new)

wanderer (chloemai) The pub, was somewhere which, if Aimee was staying in town for a while, she was sure she would grow to like. She had always been fond of place such as this, however odd it may sound she just had a sort of...Soft spot for it. It was for the atmosphere more than anything, getting drunk and just having a good time. She had only done it once or twice, snuck off with Ash to the nearby pub and sung their sorrows away. One of her best memory's was placed there. Although right now it didn't seem so merry, rather it was quite empty, and she half expected to see a tumbleweed rolling past in a moment. It was probably best, safer, that way anyway. After a moments hesitation she slid into the seat oppostie him, cocking her head to one side and pursing her lips. "And why would you want to know? Getting mixed up in rogue business." She stated, although let a hint of a smile pass across her lips. "I'm trying to prove a point." Aimee informed him after a moments silence. "My sister is always babying me." she said in a somewhat disgusted tone as she ducked her head slightly to read the back of the double sided menu.

( ˘ ³˘)♥ Jay Looking up at her curiously Nathaniel handed the menu over to her, after all it was food for her anyway. Why was he really looking at it? Because he was bored. And hungry. He hadn't gotten to finish his pizza so he would order something here as well. At her tone he couldn't keep his laughter hidden and smiled at her, his dark eyes sparking with amusement. "Huh. So you're trying to prove that you can take care of yourself. A sister duo of rogues? Sounds like something from a mystery novel." Sure he was teasing her, being nice to her. He shouldn't have been being nice to her. He shouldn't have been letting her live. Helping her out with getting food and proving herself, but he was. Even though he had a feeling if Fenris...no not if, when Fenris discovered that he had been hanging around with a rogue that he would end up getting quite the verbal lashing. But for now he didn't really care. So long as this rogue was on her way as soon as all this was done. "So you get the food, prove yourself, and then you and your sis head off on your merry ways, right? Because being here? It's only going to lead to trouble, or your deaths. Just a friendly warning."

message 7: by wanderer (new)

wanderer (chloemai) Aimee nodded slightly in thanks, letting her somewhat naturally gentle gaze scan across the options for food, chewing on the inside of her cheek. "Spoilt for choice." She managed to mumble with a lighthearted smile. More often than not what Ky brought back to camp was what they ate, and who was she to complain? It was hard enough, living on the road and constantly being looked down upon. As well as being on edge at being caught. There was no room to complain when the main goal was to simply try and stay alive. Yet here she was with a pack wolf, and he didn't seem to care in the slightest. Well, sort of. Aimee assumed he would probably get in trouble, being there with her. Her own pale irises shone brightly at his laughter, a full smile managing to dance across her lips, one which usually annoyed the hell out of her sister, since she was the more pessimistic of the pair. "I guess you could put it that way. She wanted to tag along with me, who was I to refuse?" She chuckled slightly, although decided to leave it there. Although naive Aimee wasn't about to go spilling her guts to a complete stranger. She couldn't really phantom why he was still sitting opposite her when he could be back at the pizziera by now, watching it all go down, or somewhere else for that matter. She could handle herself just fine and dandy. Usually anyway. "Something along those lines. Our ride broke down, so we'll get it fixed and then 'be off on our merry ways' as you put it so sweetly. We aren't looking for trouble, as a heads up. Most of the time we're gone before other packs can realise we're there in the first place. I don't get what the big deal is about rogues to be honest. But I guess not all of them are like us." she gave a half hearted shrug of her shoulders before glancing down at the menu again. "I think I'm gonna go for the bacon roll. Haven't had one in forever. Now deciding for Ky..." she trailed off, again, brushing her eyes over the choices of food. "What about you, what do you want?" she questioned, only half paying attention, and asking to be polite more than anything else.

( ˘ ³˘)♥ Jay Nodding at her words he smirked slightly at her naivety about the rogues. "Rogues go mad. Without companionship the wolf takes over more, they lose their humanity, kill on sight. Attempted to kill the alpha of my pack and his brother. Succeeded with the brother." Shrugging his shoulders he ran his tongue across his teeth in thought as to what he would order to eat. "I'll probably get a classic toasted, and a 1/2 a shepard's pie." Hey now, Nathaniel liked to eat. Half of the money he got from his jobs went to food....who was he kidding? All the money he got from jobs went to food. He just couldn't help himself. Food was his passion. He loved to eat and he always seemed to be hungry. To be honest he was a bit surprised at the rogue girl in front of him. She seemed more civilized than most rogue's he'd met. Perhaps it's because she's not alone. She has her sister....forming a sort of pack of their own? At least, that was his growing theory anyway. Looking over at her out of the corner of his eye he found that she was rather pretty. That brought up a new idea in his mind....how on earth had a girl like her become a rogue? Still....she was a rogue. Rogues were meant to be untrustful. The only reason he was still hanging about was to make sure that she got her food and was on her way rather quickly. "Ky? That your sister?"

wanderer (chloemai) Aimee rolled her eyes slightly at his smirk, the look having been given to her many times before, that expression that almost laughed at her nativity. Being the alphas youngest daughter, she hadn't been exposed to much in her younger years, hell, it had been a push to persuade her father to keep being able to meet up with Ash with his possessive nature, wanting her to stay indoors twenty four seven under his overbearing watch. "Really?" She mused silently, letting her gaze flicker upward toward the ceiling before back down at him again. "Maybe its a good thing she stayed with me then." Aimee arched a darkly etched eyebrow. "I apologize for your packs loss. I remember the whole pack mourned a loss of a member back home." Like Ash. She hadn't even been permitted to go to his funeral, that was the thing that stung the most. Sadness clouded her vision for only a moment, before her face returned to its original perky self. "That's a lot of food. I would take more but I have a limited amount of money and it needs to last so we can try and fix the camper." She informed his with a somewhat of a weary smile, a sure sign that days upon days on the road was having an effect on her. Aimee allowed her gaze to scan him over, although in what she hoped was a not-so-obvious way. He was quite handsome in a clean-cut sort of way, although his choice of clothing proved otherwise, being more of a laid back style rather than anything else. Again she glanced back down at the menu, mentally counting her money out. She could by a drink as well, if she was savvy about it. "Hmm?" Aimee let her eyes drift back up to meet his dark pupils, pursing her lips. "Yep, Kyler. Oh I forgot to introduce myself, I'm Aimee." She stated, hesitating for a few moments before offering a hand. Of course it wasn't her real name, but she knew of some werewolves that would try do a background check on wolves, so she kept her real identity firmly locked away.

message 10: by ( ˘ ³˘)♥ Jay (last edited Apr 22, 2013 04:07PM) (new)

( ˘ ³˘)♥ Jay At her comment about money he shrugged, "Then I'll pay for the food, and you keep your money to use on getting your mobile home repaired." Nathaniel had a duty to get the rogues out of there, and if that meant paying for the girl to get some food....well he could handle that. So long as she was on her way rather quickly. He didn't want to have to run into her again. Hell he didn't want to have to deal with any rogues. Talking about how the older Sandalio had been murdered by rogues brought up some bad feelings. Which immediately soured his mood.....at least for the moment.

Trust anyone when they said that an unhappy Nathaniel wasn't good for anyone. Not only did he tend to look like a brooding werewolf from a sappy teenage love movie, but he was also considerabley harder to get to talk to. Not to mention he was less likely to be helpful and more likely to fight people every step of the way. During his unhappy moments, most of the pack had learned to just stay away from him and let that be that. Oh well..... He unfortunately had to keep somewhat friendly with the rogue in front of him. This Aimee. No reason for him to introduce himself though. At least no reason that he saw. So instead he just waited until the server came over, placed his order, and then looked at Aimee for her to order her own nutrients.

Unfortunately he would never get that meal. Getting a call from Finn he frowned almost letting go of his control right there. From the call for his best fighters from the alpha, Nathaniel's own wolf was begging to be let out. Well not begging so much as demanding. Which was why without another word Nathaniel tossed down three fifties and then left the pub.

The door to this fine establishment flung over as Jessamine decided that a simple push wouldn't be enough force and decided that kicking the door open would be suitable enough. She gave a sheepish grin to the owner who gave her a scolding look, something she was used to but never seemed to understand.
"I didn't break it!" She shouted as if to seen her actions as she made her way to the bar, nodding her head as the owner asked silently if she wished for her regular, which only enough was just a coke, then again it wasn't late yet.

message 12: by Antonia (new)

Antonia (adf7793) I didn't break it.. The shout jolted Shane from his thoughts, he glanced up to see a tiny girl looking slightly embarrass at the entrance. He chuckled to himself, it was rather funny that he had almost broken it when he walked in as well. As a werewolf, he sometimes forgot his own strength, it was an easy thing to do. He kept his eyes forward as she sat near him, but he inhaled the air, he detected a faint Shadowfield scent around her...interesting.

message 14: by [deleted user] (new)

The air that surrounded Jazz at that current moment was mostly of human and the occasional werewolf, she couldn't quite detect a fellow Shadowfield, just a Silvermoon who wasn't exactly far from her.

Jessamine sipped quietly at her coke, her ice like eyes darting to a male not too far away, the Silvermoon stench was coming off him in great waves, pretty impossible to miss him. She cocked her head to the side curiously, but quickly dismissed him to make her way to the juke.
Silvermoons are everywhere today..

message 16: by Antonia (new)

Antonia (adf7793) Shane smirked as he read the thought on her face, the Silvermoon pack was out in force today it seemed. After the abduction of their future alpha female, Shane understood his alpha's call for extra protection around the town. Especially since the asshole who took her had a funeral today. He shook his head, the traitor didn't deserve a funeral, he didn't deserve that honor. But it wasn't for Shane to decide, it was his job to obey orders, and that's what he was going to do. His eyes traveled over to his fellow packmate, Chris, he nodded his head in greeting at him.

Jazz dug out some coins from her incredibly tight leather trousers, the first thing she had seen lying on her bedroom floor.
She flicked through various song choices before deciding to choose, I love Rock N Roll

An old time favourite of hers, she glanced around as she made her way back to the bar, watching the two males indicate to each other with their eyes, it made her feel uneasy, she had never quite trusted Silvermoon, but she had to eventually, thanks to the treaty and everything, she would have felt sorry for the alphas but luckily they were mates, so it didn't seem entirely bad.

Once returning to her seat she began to twirl a half pink half blonde curl of hair around a finger, a mindless gesture, something that usually developed from boredom.
"All right lads?" She asked conversationally, she wasn't in the mood for a fight, she was still slightly hungover from yesterday.

message 18: by Antonia (new)

Antonia (adf7793) Shane heard the song she had chosen and groaned inwardly. What is it with girls and this damn song? honestly, he had no clue. Sure, it was an okay song, and yeah...he might actually like it himself, not that he would ever admit. But it played every time he came in here. He heard her words and frowned, did she think that he was warning Chris to watch her? Chris was a healer after all, that would be quite odd. He turned towards her, giving her a reassuring smile, "Of course." Hie words sounded as if he wasn't thinking about attacking her at all, which he wasn't. His grayish-blue eyes traveled her body, he frowned at his boldness and returned to his beer slightly ashamed. Slightly, because he liked what he saw, her curve hugging leather jeans flattered her in a way that left him speechless.

message 19: by [deleted user] (new)

Jazz was somewhat surprised that of them answered, verbally that is, she had expected at least a dirty glare or a rude gesture at least, it was something she had grown used to living here her entire life.

"That's good I suppose," she responded, her tone was slightly questioning but it didn't go further than that, she hadn't realised the guy had cast his eye over her, but this could be due to the fact she was more focused on forcibly locking her wolf away, it seemed to be howling a regular cruel treatment when she had the delights of a hangover.

"I'm Jazz by the way," she said easily, her voice distant but definitely there

(̲̅K̲̅)(̲̅a̲̅)(̲̅i̲̅)(̲̅t̲̅)(̲̅e̲̅)(̲̅l̲̅)(̲̅y̲̅)(̲̅n̲̅)(̲̅n̲̅) | 307 comments " Yes we wouldn't we be " Chris looked the girl up and down and mentally barfs Her curves did nothing for him it kinda made him sad to be an odd one and like guys He stops thinking of it because his pack mate could hear his thoughs " I'm going to go change this damn song " he stops a guy by him and asks the man to change the song "Christopher"

Antonia (adf7793) "Jazz..." her name rolled off his tongue with ease, "That's a lovely name, I'm Shane...but I prefer Shay." That was actually a lie, he hated when anyone but his brothers called him Shay. But he didn't seem to mind the thought of her calling him Shay, at all. Odd. He nodded to the bartender who walked over with a foul smelling drink, he pushed it over to Jazz, "Here, this should help with your hangover." The thoughts of his packmate snapped him from staring at her, he forced himself not to laugh. Leave it to Chris to state his thoughts in a way that Shane found amusing.

message 22: by [deleted user] (new)

Jessamine quirked an eyebrow to this Shay character, did he truly just roll her name out his mouth? She couldn't help but smirk as it reminded her of the bad guys in mafia movies.
Though as she smelt and saw the concoction that was heading to her she frowned instantly, a cringe following in its footsteps, "I'd rather have hair of the dog .." She muttered quietly, giving the green slime a ferocious and unforgiving look, "bottoms up.." She sighed taking the glass in her hands knocking it back in long loud gulps like a professional.

Which she more or else was.

message 24: by Antonia (new)

Antonia (adf7793) Shane laughed, the look on her face was absolutely priceless. "Are you okay there, champ?" He pushed over his shot for her to wash the vile concoction down with. Shane glanced over at Chris as he punched his arm, he hardly felt it, though the sound bounced through the pub. "See you...have fun," Shane called after him in a slightly teasing manner.

message 25: by [deleted user] (new)

As soon as the glass was finished Jazz slammed the evil thing in the counter, not hard enough to damage it or the counter but just hard enough to get her point across that that drink could be class as mild torture.
"That's horrific," she coughed, shivers of revulsion coursing up and down her spine, she gave him an appreciative nod as he slid his drink towards her, she needed to cleanse her mouth after that.. THING!

She knocked it back in a swift practised motion, giving out a sigh of relief incense was done, "never come here with a hang over," she warned him with a grin, ordering two shots of anything, one for herself the other for Shay.

message 26: by Antonia (new)

Antonia (adf7793) "I'm the lucky sort that never gets hangovers, thankfully." Shay laughed as he knocked on the wooden bar in front of him, not wanting to jinx himself. "So, what brings you to this pub with a hangover? You don't follow your own advice?" Shay was slightly teasing her now, she seemed like the type of girl that loved to have a good time with lots of laughs. He liked that.

message 27: by [deleted user] (new)

"That's not fair, why do hangovers always happen to good people," jessamine whined, pouting almost childishly, she raked a slim hand through her white and pink hair before answering Shay with a cheeky grin, "This is the only one that hasn't barred me this week," she answered, she realised he was teasing her, but she didn't mind, he seemed like a decent enough guy, pretty cute too if she really thought about it.

Antonia (adf7793) ((LOL, I love that XD))

"Wow...you get barred from bars. How does one as beautiful as yourself manage that? It must be something sever such as murder, or turning down the owner." Shay smiled over at her, he was playing it off as a joke but he was being completely serious. Jazz was a beautiful girl, there was no need in denying the truth. That always turned out badly anyways, besides wasn't the truth supposed to set you free?

message 30: by [deleted user] (new)

((I thought that it was appropriate :3))

Jazz snorted in a unladylike fashion, rolling her ice like eye at Shay, clearly the boy hadn't heard of her nor her reputation, which was a good thing in a way, sometimes a reputation could be misunderstood.
"Let's gets say.. I'm a little more rowdier than the boys?" She said thoughtfully, frowning as a Justin bieber song came over the sound system, "I tend to get a little wilder than usual," she admitted with a grin.

message 31: by Antonia (new)

Antonia (adf7793) Shay groaned, "Seriously, why in the hell is there a Justin Bieber song playing right now?" It was enough to make him want to leave, and if Jazz hadn't of been there...well he probably would have. "Rowdier hmm, that doesn't sound good. That sounds like your mate will be in for a lot, when he finds you." Shay smiled at her, it wasn't a sarcastic or rude comment at all. It was merely an observation, though truthfully Jazz didn't look like she cared.

message 32: by [deleted user] (new)

"Because he's singing about his baby baby baby oooh!" Jazz sang jokingly, dancing slightly in her seat, wincing at the thought she just sang Justin.
"I've already found my mate, he's waiting outside, he's big, black and a mean machine," she told him, she wasn't exactly joking, of course it wasn't her true-mate she was talking about, but her motorbike and to be fair she wasn't quite sure if she could love someone as much as she loved that beautiful bike.

message 33: by Antonia (new)

Antonia (adf7793) "Well he must be a very lucky big, black, mean machine, though he might rethink the mating if he heard you sing that horribleness just then. Somethings you can never unsee, and while I'll cherish the memory of your lovely singing voice and above par dancing, it will be slight diminished by the song choice." Shay looked at her, his face was completely blank, hinting nothing at was he was really thinking.

message 34: by [deleted user] (new)

"He doesn't get the choice to rethink it, I very much doubt he'd be able to mark me, never mind mate," she laughed, the mere idea of trying to mate with a motorbike was hysterical, she wiped away a small tear from the corner of her eye once she finished laughing, being careful she didn't disturb her black eyeliner.
"You should see him, I think you'd fall in love too," she smirked, knocking back the shot she ordered, still smiling at his crack about singing with Justin.

message 35: by [deleted user] (new)

((Is it bad that JB is in my head now? But I'm making spoofs of his songs?))

message 36: by Antonia (new)

Antonia (adf7793) ((Yes...yes it is. :O))

Shay watched her wipe a tear from her eye, impressed that she didn't mess up her make-up. He gave her a grin, before joining in on her laugh "I'm sure you're right, I love big, black, mean machines as much as the next guy." He matched her shot with one of his own, before ordering them two more.

message 37: by [deleted user] (new)

((I'm singing Never say Never, but changing it to; Never say Beiber!))

Due to the fact that Jazz already had alcohol in her system previously, the alcohol she was now adding didn't really help, she seemed a little warmer than usual, but she was no where near drunk, just a little way off tipsy.
"You would, I mean, I can turn him on and off with a snap of my fingers near enough," she smirked, thanking him for her new drink, but she didn't drink it straight away.

Antonia (adf7793) "I bet you have that affect on more than just a motorcycle..." Shay gave her a sexy side smile before adding, "I have that effect on mine as well..." He downed his shot, he seemed to be going through his shots rather fast tonight. He shrugged it off, truthfully he shouldn't have been drinking at all...since he was on duty and everything.

message 40: by [deleted user] (new)

"Your right I do," she smirked, she chewed her lip slightly thinking of another inanimate object that turns on and off like that, "I can do it with light switches too," she told him with a serious expression, though it was obvious she was holding back a smile when the corner of her mouth twitched upwards.
"You have a bike?" She asked, her attention directed entirely to him, her eyes never leaving him as she drank her shot, awaiting his answer with a small smile.

message 41: by [deleted user] (new)

((Baa baa black sheep..))

message 42: by Antonia (new)

Antonia (adf7793) ((Have you any wool?))

Shay threw back his head in laughter, she was clever, he liked that...a lot. It was hard to find a girl that had looks and brains as well. He hoped his mate was like that...mate? Why was he suddenly starting to think about mates? He had never really thought about her before. He figured she would find him when she was ready. He shook his head, forcing his thoughts to another topic. "Yes, I do..." Shay gave Jazz a quick flashy smile.

message 43: by [deleted user] (new)

((Yes sir yes sir yes sir, three bags full!))

Jazz felt a burst of pride when she saw Shay laugh so heartily, she liked the sound of him laughing, it was a.. Beautiful sound.. Wait wait.. Hold up! Shut up Jazz, your tripping.
She mentally shook herself and refocused on the conversation about bikes, "oh, is it a big mean machine like my beautiful boy outside?" She teased, taking her shot without so much as a shiver when the alcohol had hit her system, she felt slightly light headed, the shots were taking effect now, but not that it was noticeable, well.. She hoped it wasn't noticeable.

message 44: by Antonia (new)

Antonia (adf7793) "I doubt it, my little brother took it for a joy ride a few weeks ago...my baby is sleeping with the fishes." Shay sighed, he had nearly killed his brother over it. If it hadn't of been for Preston, Shay would have killed Talen. "I'm in the market for a new one as it stands." He added sadly, his gaze traveled over to Jazz, she seemed to be...tipsy. "Are you okay? Have you eaten today?" Lots of people forget that when you drink, you need to eat as well.

message 45: by [deleted user] (new)

Jazz cringed when he told her that story, if it were her she would of ripped the guys head off, but then again she was an only child and didn't have much of a tolerance for children younger than her.
"I wouldn't of blamed you," she told him honestly, but it was soon followed by a faint blush that creeped up her neck, "I had a bite of toast when I woke up?" She shrugged, she wasn't much of a morning eater, never had been much to her mothers annoyance.

((Tara wants you to reply at the church.))

message 46: by Antonia (new)

Antonia (adf7793) Shay stared at her in shock, she hadn't eaten anything? Well that wasn't good. "Well I guess we need to change that don't we. Wouldn't want you getting sick...or so completely drunk that someone tries to take advantage of you." There was no room for arguing in his voice, she needed to eat. He nodded at the bartender, singling that he wanted his usual.

message 47: by [deleted user] (new)

Jazz sighed, she resisted the temptation to roll her eyes at him and ask if he was her father.
"Let's be serious, it's more likely of try and take advantage of someone then they would for me," she laughed, before pulling herself together, wow this was embarrassing she was nearly drunk and she was already have this guy babysit her.

message 48: by Antonia (new)

Antonia (adf7793) "If you say so, champ. Let's get you some food though, just to be safe. If your words are true, I'm suddenly in fear for my virtue." Shay's eyes widened in mock horror, as he tried to keep a straight face. It was rather hard, but he managed it. The bartender set a chicken strip basket in front of both of them. Maybe Shay should have asked if she liked chicken, but who didn't like chicken? Crazy people that's who...or vegetarians. She wasn't a vegetarian...was she?

message 49: by [deleted user] (new)

"As if you have any," she teased him, elbowing his side playfully, but this was only possible cause she moved closer to him, only so they could talk, of course.
She then was no longer paying attention hen the basket was set before them, "ooh chicken, a man after my own heart," she grinned, delicately taking on, "you have taste my friend," she told him, dropping her eyelid in a teasing wink.

message 50: by Antonia (new)

Antonia (adf7793) "I'm pleased to hear you say so, I feared you might be a vegetarian, which would have been terrible. As for my virtue, well that is...subject for debate, I suppose you could say." He returned her wink with one of his own, adding a smile along with it. He grabbed a chicken strip and dipped it into ranch before taking a bite.
