What would you do if you found out that the patient you were caring for was dying of Murder?

Interesting topic. Care to expand on the circumstances of the murder?
Easy, if you know who the murderer is and you have enough evidence, you take it to the police.
And if there isn't enough evidence? Or if the evidence points to you?
