I loved this story...so hearfelt & touching & I can't wait for more books about Remy & Brook...I think there's a lot more to their story that we can dive into...marriage, little Remy's & his struggle w/his disease...keep it coming Katy because we are in love w/their love story!!

I know, I'm so thankful that it's only a couple of months away...I'm definitely going to re-read it before hand but honestly this is a book that I could read over & over again...I love the chemistry, passion, steam & well let's just say I love everything about this couple.

Tracie, yes! I totally agree on Jennifer Lawrence! She's the perfect Brooke! I had not thought of Stuart but WOW, yes!! Hollywood should get real on REAL! Hah :)
Katy, Yes! Jennifer seems like she could play Brooke and be sexy, yet strong enough to tame Remy. I think Stu would get the part, hands down, if hollywood made this a movie! :)
Ok.. I am about to read for about the 3rd time.. I need to take a breath.. I am reading other books in between.. but then .. I miss my Remy. Even though I was upset at Brooke for leaving.. WHEN HE WAS IN THE HOSPITAL!!! (oh i so had a problem with her!!) But, i am warming up.. lol ... and I DO love their Love. cant wait for that teaser. smile!!!
Despite reading on my kindle, I fought the paperback and holding myself back from waiting another day to read it a second time because I get so wrapped up in it! I agree, the hospital incident still gives me a headache especially when you find out the reason he was there! Grrrr......
Mashieka and Stephanie,I know it was difficult when she left. But we all make so many mistakes, and in the end, she left her whole life to go and be with him. I really love Brooke, nobody (not even Remy) is aware of him and everything he does, breathes, wants, like Brooke is. And all Remy wants is Brooke. I can't wait to share "Mine" with you - all they both want is to protect each other. I adore them! :)
Katy, I just love these characters and being a therapist with kids (I work with a lot of bipolar kids) I just feel so connected to Remy. I get why she left but when I re read it, it hurts each time....lol. You are such an amazing author that I can actually feel their pain when I read it! I can't wait for Mine!!!!! Thank you for these characters! They make me believe in love again.

Katy, I totally understood why she left, doesn’t mean I agree, but I get her thinking behind it…I believe it proved her point to him that he's worth more then what he thinks…she loves him so much she couldn't stand to sit back & watch what she thought was him belittling himself because he didn’t feel worthy when fighting the scorpion…but really he was putting her above all in his life…they both are worth more to each other then they think, believe or realize…I love how even when he’s black is subconscious tells him not to hurt her & he remembered telling each other through song that they loved each other which proved their love is deeper then the disease….sorry, I could go on & on about this love affair.

The series will have 5 total! Brooke and Remy get three. REAL, then the sequel, MINE, and then REMY (Real in Rem's POV). Then Melanie gets a story and we see more of Rem and Brooke through her . . . and then we get a last book. Surprise. Haha!! Can't wait to share them all! :)

So, just a quick question for Katy. The music you reference to in the book, are they songs you listen to? I only ask as Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls is one of my favourites and im constantly playing it and now when I do all I can think of is Remy! Great song choices and I love the scenes where they play them for each other, so blinking romantic!!!
Heidi, I love music. It inspires me in so many ways. I'd always loved IRIS as well, but when Remington claimed that song, he gave the lyrics so much meaning for me, I love it on a whole new level now. Hah :)
Oh dear god!! I just finished reading this book and I can't stop thinking about it!! I have to read it again!! I absolutely loved it!! I read so many books that I forget about within minutes of reading it but Real is one of those that stays with you!! Thank god there's a sequel!! I want more Remy!!! This story is amazing!!!

Not to be negative, but has anyone else been a little disappointed in the model on the cover for "Real?" I picture Remy as way more ripped than that. Where's the 8 pack? Sorry, it has been bothering me during my second read.
Haha, yeah, it was the best I could do to give it the boxer feel but those are definitely not his abs. He's got all kinds of squares and speedbumps on there. I'm definitely wanting to feature those in the Remy cover. :)

I totally understand you. It is so unfair to Remy's uber God effect to not display his real abs on the cover! Haha! But at least it gets a feel of his fighting mode, and the real abs are written deliciously on the page. Yummmy! hah. So jealous you're enjoying.
