Mystic Island discussion

It's underground, and high tech.

I arrive with the two survivors. As we go down the marble steps to my soundproof room, which I usually use when I'm practicing my music, I greet Dandy, Drake's mate. The SPR has a cushioned throne thing behind a grand desk. There are a group of chairs across from the desk. I sit in my "throne" and gesture for them to sit.

"WOW!" Aubrey gawked. "That's a sweet throne!" Liam grabbed her arm and pulled her down onto a seat.

"Thanks." I say smiling. "Okay. You know the two survivors, the ones that aren't totally human? They're parents were helped off the island by my father. This used to be his lab. I've recently recreated the potion. There's one problem. You can never come back. And no offense, but you can't tell anyone. I'd rather not be dissected. So wait about a month and you might be able to come and go as you please." They gawk. "What, who ever said we weren't high tech?" I say smiling.

"Wait, so you mean that with this potion, we can go home?" Liam asked, flabbergasted.
"What about Summer, Rhinnon, and all of the other survivors?" Aubrey asked, then Liam stood up suddenly.
"We forgot Summer!" He said slightly upset. "We just left her there!"

"Sit." I order. Once he was sitting, I say, "Her wolf pup knows the island and will take her home. And yes the potion will send you home. But you will never, ever see this island again." Wow. That sounds kinda haunting.

"I'm kinds scared now." Aubrey admitted.
"Me too. Do mind if we think about it for a while?" Liam asked. He didn't know what to chose.

"Yes I do mind. Stay here for about a month longer, and you won't have to choose." I say impatiently. I just said that!

Aubrey looked at Liam and Liam looked at Aubrey. Aubrey was waiting for Liam to chose. No matter what he chose, she waould still stand by him.
"I'm sorry, but I don't think we are gonna take that potion.

"Good!" I say happily. I shooed them home to sleep. It was almost midnight. I went to sleep after calling Drake home.

"What was that?" Aubrey asked.
"I don't know." Liam said. Aubrey was confused.
"I thought she wanted us to use the potion."
"I guess not." Liam replied. Aubrey looked down to find her shoes was untied. She bent down to fix it, and when she looked up, Liam was gone.

When Liam made it to the cabin, he assumed Aubrey was in front of him and that she already made it to bed. He didn't want to bug her so he went right to bed.

I flew in from my nest and landed in a tree and morphed back and said hello Aubrey you seem worried may I help you.

Aubrey screamed. She turned and ran, terrified out of her skin. After a while she got tired. So she slowed down and looked around her. She couldn't see anything in the forest, and she was terrrified.

I walk back up the steps, and out into the open. I head over to Mount Draga, to see my great- grandmother, Donna. Donna is also Drake's grandmother. I shift into wolf form, for long distance running, and head off. All natives have dragon in their blood, though very few have dragon- related powers.

Caitlyn walks back in with Layla on her heels. They go to the SPR.
