DO NOT post any spoilers from further along in the book, this is just for book 2, chapters 5-9. Discussing events from these chapters and previous ones though is perfectly fine.

Can't believe the manner in which Magnus has returned. Not only is he still not working for the good guys, but the good guys are forced to rely on him for info? Brutal!

It's been really hard to stop reading the book, so much going on! I must confess now Hadrian has an special spot in my heart. And I feel there is much more of him coming! Royce turning to Hadrian to ask whether he knew about what he is was quite sweet :)

I agree I could not put this book down especially for last 150 pages!

I also really loved the pickerings. nd for sure things do go down and a couple of the revelations are pretty interesting in the next few chapters!

I agree! So sweet!

For some reason my favorite part of these chapters was when Hadrian pushed Theron into fighting. Making him really see how things were and that he was wrong about blaming Thrace. I've been in that situation in RL and sometimes it just takes some tough love to see things properly.
