I finally just finished! And I was starting to wonder if we were going to find out who the heir was and then I realized I had like half a page left. I knew it I knew it I knew it.

I did cry when the Pickering brother died....and when Theron died.....and I hate how they plan to use Thrace.

I was so upset when Fannen died I had to stop reading the book for a while to process what had just happened. I thought it was a great ending, yet it left us with a lot of questions. And what is Esra really up to? I like him, I really do. But I don't know... he is still so mysterious, I'm not sure if it's possible to fully trust him.

Well, there are more books in the series; I am sure most of the questions will be answered.
