Personality: Charlotte is kind-hearted and very understanding. She loves new things and doesn't mind when people ask her about being blind. She always plays with the bandages at her eyes when she's nervous. She still has to wear bandages because she has scars where her eyes used to be.
History: Charlotte was full of wonder and talent as a child. Her eyes were so full of wonder. She had a two questions and one answer for everything she saw. In the end she became a warrior with a bow as her weapon. This wasn't a choice of hers, but she did it so her younger brother William wouldn't have to go to war when he was only fourteen. She was seventeen. She was the most skilled marksman in the entire army, but it didn't last long. She was ambushed by an enemy soldier. He was the same age as her brother, she just couldn't kill him. The boy expected a cold and heartless man, not a kindhearted girl. Instead of killing her, he stabbed her eyes so she would never hit another one of his comrades with her arrows. He might as well have killed her. She was sent home before her wounds had closed and her brother left to replace her. Her parents had died of disease while she was away. She was alone.

Avalon draws people in with her irresistible charisma, she loves to smile and laugh. Her bubbly attitude and positive outlook on life is infectious to those around her. Avalon is extremely gifted with magic and spends most of her time practicing spells; it’s her favorite hobby. Typically she can be found with her nose in her spell book, or fighting a training dummy. Avalon's been practicing magic a long time, so she's learned to control it. But don't make the mistake of thinking she doesn't have her bad days, when things go wrong, because she does. Her magic is incredibly strong though, and if you actually succeed in making her mad...run. She doesn't forgive easily.
History: Avalon is the only daughter, and Princess born to the the King and Queen of the Human Kingdom, and she hates it. She is viewed as a pawn, a game piece to be used, whether it's as a public figure head or an trade in negotiations. Her role is to speak when spoken to, to act as the perfect lady at all times. And, yes, while she is good at playing her public role, she plays another role as well. She has a silver tongue, and can convince people to do what she wants with little or no effort, all without them even realizing what she has done.
In fact most, if not all, of the only helpful policies being passed in the Human Kingdom are do to her. Avalon loves her people and hates the way that her father has shut himself off from the world, and refuses to help them. Avalon tries in vain to persuade her father to stand up and be the King that the Kingdom deserves. So she puts all the effort that she can possibly muster into the the improvement of their lives. All without anyone ever knowing. But Avalon doesn't want recognition, all she wants is the improved quality of life for her people.
Avalon has been known to sneak out of the castle at times, though they always have a hard time finding her. She loves to travel in secret to the villages, using her knowledge in the magic of healing to help her people, especially those who can't afford the help. Avalon's people will always come first in her heart, even if they never know what she has done for them. She's one of the only ones in the royal family that try to improve the lives of all of the subjects in the Human Kingdom.

To help with the effect, she likes to flick her red hair from in front of her face over her shoulder while giving them a slightly cheeky look.
Skye is bold, standing up for what she thinks is right. She likes to be a good friend and likes to make her friends happy. She's usually happy, but when angered is very dangerous to her enemies.
History: Skye lived a pretty good life with her mother and father. Her mother was a noble and her father was a knight, Skye's role model. When she was five, her mother gave birth to her twin brothers, sadly causing her to die from the birth. Dawn helped to raise her brothers Jackson and Christopher. As she grew with them, it was clear that they would be bad knights, so her father urged her on to be a knight like himself. Skye happily obliged and became a knight when she was old enough. She has trained hard in being a knight, and when she developed really good skills, she chilled it down a bit, flirting with guys. When someone asks her why she does what she does, Skye says that you only live once as who you are.

Personality: Derek has been strong and cold for a long time. Nothing has gotten to his shell of a heart. He isn't competitive, nor nice. He could be imaginative and creative. He could be quick and smart. But he is dead inside with all the knowledge his mind holds. He knows how to fight. He knows Math and Science. He knows EVERYTHING! Well, except love or things he doesn't know about yet. Like the Shadows or the history of his world. All he knows is that there are crazed dead people coming back to life.
Derek has absolutely no emotions. No fear, no worry, and no love. He's cold and logical. Filled with binary codes and well, logic. There's no soul or spirit in him. Touch him and you can feel his coldness.
History: Derek has never known love. Only knowledge. His parents beat him if he didn't study. He always had to read books in his house. And every week be given a test and pass with an 100 or beaten. So he passed every test and developed a great memory. He has remembered everything since the age of six and has read over 1,000 books. He knows math an Science to all of it's roots. And his parents forced him to study human sociology, psychology, and behavior. That he learned at nine. Derek knows no love and won't ever show it to anyone.
His father taught him fighting skills and military tactics. Everything he has learned was from the home. Though he has learned everything from the books, his parents never taught him about what's right and wrong.
His parents moved away when Derek could take care of himself and he did. He went and became a knight, knowing nothing else to do and continued from there with his amazing knowledge.

History: Jasper was raised in an average home, but it had a wide paddoc as it's back yard and his family, which consisted of his mother, father and two older brothers, kept horses. With his brothers and his father, he developed good horse and riding skills, loving the feel of riding one at a canter. His mare was called Tanay, and she was a chestnut with a black mane and tail. His family got through tough times with money, always a happy family and relying on the others for support. When his oldest brother, Michael, joined the army, he sent money back home to them. To help even more, Jasper entered horse competitions with Tanay, and usually won. His second brother, Alec, joined the army to help even more and to be with Michael. Jasper started to get lonley at home, only his horses and his parents for company. He couldn't do much with his father as he was a warrior. Jasper soon gave in and joined the army too to be with his brothers who he loved dearly. So far his horse skills have come in handy. He also learnt how to use a double-handed long sword well.

I know! I cried at the end of Inheritance. Each time I read those last two pages I burst out into tears. Even the dragons are crying! :D

Personality: Alex is very hesitant to trust others most of the time. She was once betrayed by someone she trusted and now is weary to trust others because if it. Once she sets her mind to something nothing can stop her, and she always finishes a job once she starts it. To the few people she does trust she's loyal to, but if you do betray her....she'll hunt you down....
History: Both her parents died when she was young, so she had to look out for herself as she had no other family. She started out as a thief, at first taking only what she had to to survive, then starting to steal stuff for others before eventually starting to assassinate people...for the right price of course. So far she's only ever been caught once, and only because she was set up, betrayed by someone she'd trusted. She escaped, and hunted them down, killing them.

History: katara used to always look up to her older sister, scar, but one day a shadow possesed man came and killed her village when she was gone, but by time she came back, it was too late, her sister was already possesed by a shadow. Katara still to this day doesnt know why scar let her live, she believes she should be dead, but that she must be alive for a reason

History: Fable grew up being pissed at his father. Because the king just wants to live in his own little world pretending nothing will affect him in the castle. When it was found out what the Shadows had been doing his father had done nothing and he hated it.
