John Dolan I am indebted to Greg Cummings for the following link to Thrillers and Suspense Radio http://radio.macinmind.com/ Radio Antioch runs 24/7 but only plays suspense dramas as part of their daily broadcasts of old time radio, from 8 am - noon GMT.

Greg also recommends a blog site called Escape and Suspense http://www.escape-suspense.com/ run by a devotee of the old radio broadcasts, and its a treasure trove of information - a real labour of love.

I'd be interested in folks' comments on this and any other "listen to" stuff on the internet that you think might interest our Group members.

Is that because I don't shave very often, Bernie? :-)

B.R. Snow (brsnow) | 14 comments LOL. I wish I had the theme song from The Shadow. I'd send you a wave file and you could play it, razor in hand.

Have a good one, my friend.

You too.

Greg Cummings (gorillaland) Sadly they don't play much of 'The Shadow' - the recordings are too old and scratchy to listen to.

Thanks for getting the discussion going, John. Interestingly the time zone one is in determines the timing of the shows. Uganda puts me in the right zone to listen to 'The Whistler' and 'Suspense' while going off to sleep...murder after murder. No doubt it is subliminally planting insidious ideas in my sleeping head. Who knows what might surface during times of duress...

Cheers, Davi, good to know!
