I have to write a poem for school, and the theme is "The World as I see it" I have to write a rough draft by monday and i just started today >.< But I still have time... IT has to be 15-20 lines, and I have 9...

meh... is anybody bored? I know I am... I guess I'm just gonna read Twilight... :>-> (face in book) lol, i just made that up ;P

I like prompts! They give me inspiration!

Well, some prompts do, not that one. It didn't inspire me very much.

I'm not very good at poetry, or at least, I don't think I am... This is what I have so far:


Mother Nature has many in awe
With her rich, green forests
And her deep blue oceans
Her golden yellow deserts
And her vast empty plains
And yet, empty they may seem,
Each is teeming with its own unique assortment of life
Insects, birds, reptiles and fish
Each different in their own special way

Kinda weird in my opinion... idk... I don't think very highly of my poetry...

no, it doesn't have to. It's free verse.
