Lemon Mousse Pie - Joyce 3 oz pkg lemon jello 1 cup boiling water 1/4 cup lemon juice 8 oz cream cheese 1 cup sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla 13 oz can evaporated milk chilled 1 1/4 cup Graham cracker crumbs 1 stick Margerine
Make graham crust: Press into 9x13 baking pan & bake @ 350 till brown Cool crust
Dissolve jello in water. Set aside. Cream sugar and cream cheese add lemon juice, jello, and vanilla. In separate bowl beat milk on high speed until peaks form. Fold into lemon mixture. Spread over crust - chill.
