Riders paws dug into the gravely sand as her caught Bridget and they both tumbled into the ground and rolled into the water, he splashed water on her fur coat and gave a wolffish grin caught you this was very unlike rider, he should be worrying about whether or but anyone was at the healer house, and if it was his shift and if anyone was in danger..... But he didn't he was enjoying his time with Bridget. He ducked into the water, and swam to her ducking her in. The sun had now completely faded down and the night was black with no stars and a half moon covered by a cloud. Rider felt a surge of energy escape him, and he was everywhere with Bridget, laughing a wolf laugh. All that mattered was Bridget, he would protect her with all that he had, he would protect her from anything and everything.
((awww. I want to hug him so badly!! They make such a cute couple!))
Bridget splashed him with the water once she surfaced. She wasn't a good swimmer, so she stayed close the the shore. Her memories had completly fade. All that mattered was this moment here with Rider. Then she saw her chance to get him back for dunking her in. She jumped onto his back, making him sink down into the water. Bridget playfully growled at him. She had not had this much fun for a very long time. She was glad that she was spending this time with Rider. He truly was amazing, and she was very glad that they were mates.

((Haha, ya they do XD ))He playfully snapped at her for sinking him in the water once he resurfaced. He growled back at her, smiling. He had never had so much fun as he did now, and later he would probably be very guilty about it, but for all he knew it was making Bridget happy, and that was his job, healer or not, and that was worth anything in the world, making her happy. He went back underwater, and used his muzzle to push her back under playfully.
When Bridget resurfaced again, she shook some of the water out of her fur. She walked over to Rider so that their noses where touching. She 'smiled'. well, as much as a wolf can smile that is. Thank you She told him, her eyes full of pure joy and happiness. Very few had seen Bridget this happy, and Rider was the first to make her happy this quickly. Her wolf sighed in her head. Wow, even her wolf wanted to swoon. Call it luck, but for once, Bridget thought she could see a happy ending in her life.
Rider 'smiled' back at her, anytime he said, letting the water drip from his coat for a minute before he shook it. He was at his happiest, he was his 'best self' today. He licked the side of her muzzle and let out a small 'smile.' He looked at her beaming eyes, and his heart seemed to fly. They were dancing with light and happiness. He went to the beach and shook off all the water he could, come here he said softly laying down. He was tired, and he might be able to get the first sleep he has ever really had with her.
She walked out of the cool water and shook out the water from her fur. She was tired, and happily obeyed. She lay down right beside him, and before laying her head down licked the side of his muzzle. She put her head down, and snuggled up close to him. she felt little tingles spring up from where they were touhing, but they were welcome. They made her feel safe, and happy. Her eyes drooped. She xouldn't remember the last time she had slept outside, in wolf form. It had been a very long time ago, but she was sure that this topped the last time. She closed her eyes, and sighed. She wasn't asleep yet. She was listening to Riders' breathing. It brought a sence of peace within her.
He closed his eyes in pleasure, being next to her, laying here, it felt amazing. It held everything he needed. He fixed his muzzle next to hers, he couldn't help feeling this was how it was supposed to be, it all felt so right, for the first time in a long time he slept without any nightmares. She was just in his dreams, laughing and smiling and having a good time, both having a good time in wolf form and human form, before he knew the sun was beating down on him with the call of late morning.
Bridget wasn't a morning person. Human or wolf, she hated waking up in the early morning. She moved her head so that the sun wouldn't shine in her eyes. She hid her eyes in Riders fur. Unintentionally she purred. She was still half asleep, so she had no idea she had purred. She was dreaming about her day with Rider, adn how amazing it had gone. How much fun she had had with him. They had only known each toher for a day, but she felt like they had known each other for a lot longer. Bridget 'smiled' while she dreamed, and sighed softly.
Around noon, rider finally woke up from his happy dream with much disappointment, until he saw Bridget, which was even better then dreams, he stretched and yawned, letting out a small howl. He looked at Bridget, and laughed lot himself, he could tell she was definitely not a morning person just by the energy in the air. Riders fur had dried from the night before, and he stretched up, and got a drink from the lake, sniffing the morning air. He dipped his head in the water to wake himself up, and shook himself from the cold water.
Bridget suddenly felt cold. She stired from her sleep. Her eyes fluttered open, taking in the scene. She saw Rider drink water from the lake, and then dunk his head in it? Bridget had to keep from giggling. She had never seen someone do that by choice. Usually it was someone throwing cold water on you to wake you up. She smiled though, and watched him through her lashes. She sighed softly, and after a few moments, stood up, and stretched. She walked over to where rider was, and she bent down to take a drink of water. She then picked her head up and 'smiled' at Rider. Morning She said.
Rider 'smiled' back at her good morning, sleep well? he asked her. He hoped so. His wolf was satisfied from last night, and figured rider couldn't mess anything up, so his wolf was laying low, he already thought of many things he should be doing, taking back the rental car, clearing things back at the house, getting changed.... But he didn't really care about any of that for the time being, which was not himself, but he just wanted to be with Bridget. He stretched once more. what to do today?
Best sleep I've had in a long time She said. It's not that she couldn't sleep. It's just that she never wanted to. Living by yourself for all those year had scred her a lot. She had never been properly trained, so that could be another reason why she didn't have a good grip on her wolf. How 'bout you pick? I did pick the run yesterday, so your up She said. She honestly didn't care where they went, just as long as she was with him.
He nodded in agreement. He never could sleep, he was plagued by nightmares, and restlessness. lets... he thought for a moment, where should they go, they each had different pack houses to go to, they did make a new pack house, but he didn't have any clothes there. lets go on a hike to the mountain top. he smiled at her, fresh mountain air sounded good((Want me to post first?))
(sure, thanks)
Alright, sounds like fun Bridget said happily. She had never hiked up a mountain before. She had a fear of heights, so she didn't go up to high places, but she knew that she could face her fear with Rider. But she decided to warn him just in case. just promise to stay close to me, because me and heights arn't very good friends She told him. It was better he knew rather than her running around in a circle screaming at the top of the mountain.
