Hello Violet Team! I'm Dyllan. This is my 5th time in the challenge *woot woot* and I know we're gonna win this thing! Lol. I live in Brazil, so my timing may be a litte off, but I'll be here as much as I can!

A few things for us to consider:
*Are we keeping our name?
*Who wants to be captain this round?

Hey there Team Violet! I'm Kat this is my first time playing but it doesn't seem to hard, I think I'll get the hang of it pretty quick :)

I don't want to be captain this round just cause I'm not to sure how things work so if 1 of you other ladies want to take the job it's fine with me.

Also I fine with the Team name, as Purple is my favorite color so me being on Team Violet is right up my alley.

I'm just about to finish up my other Team Challenge that I'm a part of which is very similar to this one, Words with GR Friends in another group so that's why I thought I would give this a try.

I'll send out some friend requests and hopefully we can all come up with a good plan to win this thing :)

Good idea on the spreedsheat Delmy. Last round I made one too, but in paper. So much easier (for me) to keep track.

Both, i am starting a class next week that just became available for me to take and its really important that i take it, i just found out about it. if i had known earlier i would not have signed up.

Great glad to have you join us Lindy :) We're still in the process of picking a captain and deciding if we want to keep our team name as is or change it.

We have one member that had to pull out of the Game so we're just waiting for Dawn to assign us a new player.

Dyllan since you played this game the first 4 times, how should we go about deciding what extra items we should claim each week. Did the group decide as a whole what other items to hunt for or did each member pick whatever words they wanted to find and claim the extra points each week?

I hope that makes since :)

Kat, in the beginning each member would pick their own extra items, and by the middle we would let the other know which ones were close to claim.

I'm good with Team Violet or Vicious Violets. I also thought of Venomous Violets.

I'm not sure if Dyllan wants to be captain or not but if you wanted I could help you Co-Captain I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing but as long as I had someone to help me out I think the 2 of us could manage.

BTW guys, let's make a rule of checking in with the team at least once a week, so I know all is ok.

Sounds like a good rule, I'm usually on and off a couple times a day depending on my work schedule, but I like to check the threads at least once a day :)

Ok. I know what the item and bonus are for the week. Don't know what I'm going to read though.

I read a book today that I think it may fit all categories and bonus word, yay!

Have ;you guys ever seen a vicious violet? mine are very lady like and quiet and my yard has a violet garen eith Yellow, pink,purple, lavender, white, white-pink, white-red, blue, and lots of colrs in between.

That sounds really pretty Lindy, I don't have much of a green thumb so me and plants don't get on so well :)

Review: With All My Soul if the final book in the Soul Screamer Series by Rachel Vincent and I have to say that for me it was the best book of the series. Lots of Action and very emotional, Ms. Vincent did a wonderful job tying up loose ends and making sure everyone got their happily ever afters.

Only books started after the Challenge starts count.

You have to claim the 2 called words for each week but you are also allowed to claim 3 more words for each of the catagories that were not used that week.

So this weeks words are Coffee and Ghost, that means you can claim extra items from the Animals, Home Furnishings and Architectural catagories as well.

So you are allowed to claim a grand total of 5 words each week.

Also if you find it easier 1 of us girls can send you a Personal Message each week with the words called so you know what to hunt for instead of looking in the other thread.
