Laylia walked down the steps into the common room. It was a cozy little room with squishy arm chairs and a long couch in front of a nice fire place. Then there was a long wooden table beside a large window. And of course, there was the statu of Ravenclaw.
She sat down at the wooden table and pulled out her ink bottle, quill, parchment, and History of Magic book. She finished up her thirty inch essay which soon became a forty inch essay. Not that it mattered, she would get a better grade, obviously. Laylia rolled up her essay and put it carefully in her bag as well as the rest of her belongings. She pulled her bag back over her shoulder and went down to the Great Hall.
