Hi everyone!! Welcome back :)

Hi all! I would like to give this a try if I can figure it all out! Sounds like fun. How often do we update where we are, still use x shelves, x books format for updating (saw on another post)

Welcome Keri - you can post whenever you like. I do updates at the end of the month so you want to be sure to post by then. I am a little behind but I personally like to post every other week or so.

Post as x books and x shelves and then indicate any cross offs you had (GR author, big books, etc.)

I hate to sound dense but....what do you mean by cross offs? Do you mean the actual shelves you crossed off?

I'm not sure if you read through the rules: Shelf-a-Thon 16 Rules which has some useful tips.

By cross offs, I'm talking about the bonus shelves (see Pinar's post above where she has read 5 books, has hit 152 shelves of which book 4 she took an extra cross off because it was by a GR author.)

I'm at work and trying to multi-task so this may not be 100% clear. I'll respond later tonight when I'm less distracted :)

My computer died... along with my excel sheet (stupid me not backing up my docs!). My new computer doesn't have office yet... and since I used excel to sort the shelves for each book (to make it easier to count) It's going to take me some time to get through these... not to mention I lost the tracking I had already done. BUT on the bright side, I'm going on a beach vacation for a week so more time for reading more books! I'll update in a few weeks

@Keri - did my post earlier this week make sense?

@Cristin - oh no!! For some of these challenges, I've been using Google docs. I can acces them every where and fingers crossed those don't get lost! Have a great beach vacation!
