Well I have to say that Catching Fire is my favorite book in the Hunger Games trilogy. I really liked how the characters grow in this book. Katniss did her typical choose the underdogs for her team, but this time we were able to learn more about the other characters. And of course get attached to them just to have them die-Collins is so good at killing off your favorite characters in an instant. I also thought that the arena was really cool in this book. It felt leaps and bounds more complicated then the first course. I think this book took the momentum of book one and just kept running. Often the middle book lags in the middle, but this was crazy all the way through.
