Sorrentino reviews Blackburn's Journals collected in his Something Said. There's also a piece in there on several items from Black Mountain.

goodreads credits him with four Cortazar translations, and he contributed translations of a few Paz poems: http://www.goodreads.com/author/list/... I've not read Cortazar yet, but by reputation, this fact of translation is HUGE credit to Blackburn's talent.

Nate D (rockhyrax) | 354 comments Absolutely. He did marvelous things there in maintaining Cortazar's unique feeling and prose style, no mean feat.
