lululemon athletica Deer Park discussion

"There's something so universal about that sensation, the way running unites our two most primal impulses: fear and pleasure. We run when we're scared, we run when we're ecstatic, we run away from our problems and run around for a good time. And when things look worst, we run the most." p.11

Do you relate? Why or why not?

Ironic that I sat on my back porch, engulfed in the pleasures of warmth, sun, a good book....and here came this quote. We run - to, from, within.

What I found more interesting was a quote that followed shortly after: "And when things look the worst, we run the most. Three times, America has see distance-running skyrocket, and it's always in the midst of a national crisis" (11). Will there be a fourth? Did the Boston Marathon unite?

We run. We run all day.
