Love at First Bight discussion

I apologize in advance if this seems to be a mess but in my defense i was writing this very fast and my memories of this is very confusing. I remember seeing the review on this website but for the life of me i can't find it again. the book may be a part of a series but i'm not certain i was reading a lot of books at that point in time. the book/series is a romance, menage, science fiction, mfm, mmf, mm, mf book.
i read this book in the last 2 years.

ok I remember reading a book that was about a female space captain of one of their naval ships. she was adopted by a couple but their dead by the time the book actually gets going. umm... oh yeah she was stranded on a planet or moon? with a very bad wound. if a ship hadn't come along and saved her she probably would be dead. the ship that finds her has a captain that saves her and declares her his wife/mate that he later shares with his other mate, a male alien. the alien is the dominant in the relationship. one of the main point of this is that the girl and the guy seems to like going down on the alien, like its something that they got to do. in order for them to be mates the alien has to lock into them with his penis, like a male dog will with a female. the female is eventually taken back to her navy and she is allowed to stay with them but she makes the decision to stay with the navy instead of her mates. the alien mate ends up getting sick and so does she because they need each other to live or else they'll die. the female goes back to the alien and her other mate.
