Do you think the humour in UKYA is different than in other books?
Are there any books in particular that made you laugh?

Personally, I find UKYA books more witty and believable. There seems to be a much lighter side, even if it is a particularly dark book.

Lucy Courtenay (phraseandfable) I'm sure UKYA humour is different; slyer, more deadpan. Louise Rennison is a good example. But USYA humour can be completely beguiling as well, like in The Princess Diaries. It would be very interesting to compare Meg Cabot and Louise Rennison joke for joke, wouldn't it? Any volunteers?
