I can't think of a single guy for Jack...I don't know many teen actors who could pull off the accent

blonde chick from vampire diaries is a good choice.

I guess I'm typecasting, but the kid that plays max on parenthood is really good at it and could probably pull off matthew pretty well.

In my mind, Blake Lively (Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, Gossip Girl) as Evie.

For Matthew, Yudai Chiba (Tensou Sentai Goseiger, Ouran High Host Club [Live Action]). He (Matthew) is stated to be the same age as Evie and a "handsome boy". Yudai is just the definition of boyish cute.

Still indecisive about the others.

So this is my casting for the mains of the book... Since I never cast, I actually thought about it this time while reading, and it worked for me.

Jackson Deveaux - The guy on the front cover of the book, but with the voice of Remy LeBeau/Gambit from the early 90's X-Men cartoon.

Evie Greene - a cross between Hayden Panettiere from the beginning of her Heroes days, and a young Kaley Cuoco.

.... Looking for these images now I realized two things - Just Hayden from her first few episodes of Heroes works fine on it's own, and wow, Kaley has some really smexy pictures of her... did she model before Big Bang? Wow. But yeah, I had a mixed image of them in my mind. :D

That's funny, I never pictured anyone but Hayden Panettiere for Selena.

I don't have actors for the main protagonists (although I think Candice Accola works well for Evie indeed), but I thought of Finn as Joe Dempsy (now Gendry in Game of Thrones but it was his part in Skins that reminded me of the character).

For the twins, I kept imagining a grow-up version of the twins from The Cave

Ooooh Jared Leto as Jackson, interesting! Definitely a bit similar to Jordan Catalano in My So-Called Life, I really like it!

Um...Jared Leto is 41 ;) What about Jacob Artist (who plays young Puckerman on Glee?)
