How to Promote YOUR book on Amazon discussion

I was inspired by the review swap going on here. So here's the plan:
If you post your author name here, I will like your author page on Amazon. Very simple and easy to do. I will continue to like everyone who posts here. In return, I want you to like everyone who is posting their author name at that point. Then, every couple days, check back periodically, and like whoever has posted their name more recently. This way, if you participate, everyone will get equal and increasing likes.

Don't mean to be a stickler, but I am liking everyone who posts, and my count has only risen once. As a rule, if you post here, you will get a like from everyone else who has posted here, and you must also click the links to like others. It helps to keep yourself logged into Amazon.

JE - couldn't see a facebook like link on your author page. I think it may be because you have a .co.uk author page. The uk pages don't have a facebook like button. You can also set up a separate .com author page if you wish.

Hopefully everyone is getting the right amount of likes, but remember, it may take a couple days for early posters to check back and like new posters. I have been coming back once a day to check, and the momentum of this will depend on people returning :)

Thanks for the 'like' Rik. Yes, I had to complete a separate Amazon Author Page for the UK, US, Germany, Italy, and France. Unfortunately, if you're making updates you then have the tedious task of going to each one in turn (and wrestling with the host language at the same time). I've suggested to the boffins at Amazon that there should be one central Author Page for all Amazon Companies. I await their deliberations on that one. :)

I'm glad you pointed that out because I have noticed that not all are liking back. This only works if everyone likes back and liking back doesn't hurt you because there are no public connections. It does however help everyone. I keep checking back and when new posts are made it goes into the notifications which makes it easy to spot if you check them.
