2nd in command (only 1 and must be a guy)
The torturerer (only 4)
Guards (about 6)
The spy (as many as possible and they watch the older brothers/sisters from a far distance)

Kidnappers cannot kill people, they can hurt them like hitting them, but they cant cut off any of there limbs or stuff like that
