Personality: Zephyr is cold, reclusive and has little pity or compassion for 'lower' beings, as he calls them. (Lower meaning anyone that isn't his boss). He doesn't socialise, doesn't like to socialise and doesn't need to socialise. His lack of social skills makes him good at spying. He's just a very angry guy. What made him angry? The world. He just hates it.

His eyes are a pale blue. He is incredibly skinny since he doens't eat that much, doesn't sleep that much and doesn't get out-and-about that much. He has a pale complexion because he often sits in the dark of his room with only the light of monitors. When he does go out, he doesn't spend long out in the sun but sticks to shaded sidewalks and alleys. Despite his slim figure, he can be quite strong when he needs to be.
History: Zephyr was ignored and neglected as a child. His parents didn't want him and they showed that quite obviously through everything they did. They had little regard for his health and didn't care much for his grades. So, there little Zephyr sat, alone and cold in a corner of his room while his parents were out having fun with friends. When he come of age, he left the household immediately. He sought out a cheap apartment down in some dark alley and just locked himself in that room, only letting in depression and all the nasties. He still resides there, with his cameras that spy on whoever he needs them to.

History: When he was about 15, he got a girlfriend, then dated steady for about 3 years before they married and had their frist child, Jacob. The Baby had died in the frist week of it's life, Collin was heartbroken, he saw everyone with their alive and heathly children and he wanted revenge. He was mad that they had children and he didn't, so he turned evil and unkind. He still has his wife, who is just like him.
