How about Ian Somerhalder as Simon and Emma Stone as Caroline?

If its gonna be a movie, my only choice will be Chris Evans as Simon.

I'm resurrecting this thread because I'm reading Wallbanger now but I'm surprised no one has said Jesse Metcalfe? Or like Chace Crawford? Anyone?!

Ok, of course the most important role will be Clive. Is he CG, a puppet, an "actor". Not cast right that could ruin the whole movie right there. LOL
I agree with the others, Ian Somerhandler for Simon. He is beautiful, but a "bad-boy". He has the smirk down perfectly and I can see him play the man-whore, cockblocker in the first part of the book to a tee.

Well this book is a romantic comedy so I'm guessing whoever plays the MC's are gonna need to be able to pull of the comedic aspect yet still be sexy. I was thinking Ryan Reynolds could pull it off? If not, I'd be happy with Chris Evans too :)

Is it really going to be a movie? It was such a funny book, so funny. The cat actually stole the scenes in the book!

I didn't actually think about who could play the roles.

Although she's a little long in the tooth, I like Rachel McAdams for Caroline and I like Taylor Kitsch for Simon.

Oosterhouse is also too old. He's adorable though.

He's not an actor technically, but I always pictured Carter Oosterhouse as Simon.

when I read the book I had Ian Somerhalder as Simon in mind especially when he smirks!!
