Caroline's Cohorts discussion

Even though I have an Ipad 2 with the Nook, Kindle, Ibook and Kobo apps all in one electronic device,I still love to read paperback and hardback books because I love the feel of an actual book in my hand. The E-reader apps in my Ipad are awesome because I have all my books together.

I actually prefer audio books. I love to be able to go walking with a book in my ear. I'm exercising body and brain. But if you narrow the choice to the two options you offered, I prefer paper. I like the smell of a book, and the feel of the pages, and the bookmark I wedge in there, when it's time for a break. I guess I'm a tactile person. I also like when I walk past my bookcase and see The Kite Runner, and my soul whispers, “And that's the thing about people who mean everything they say. They think everyone else does too.”
