A Secret Atlas discussion

I loved this book, and I'm excited to read the rest of the series. The only issues I really had while reading it was a lack of attendant materials like a glossary and -somewhat ironically- a map. I found myself flipping to the interior title page frequently, to read a crappy black-and-white map with the title printed on top of it.

The world Stackpole has created in this novel is rich, deep, and interesting. I think it definitely deserves some LOTR-style loving in the form of maps, charts, and a glossary of terms. Perhaps a character guide would be helpful, too, since the cast is rather large.

Is there anything like this available already? And if not, is anybody willing to take up the task?
