Vaginal Fantasy Book Club discussion

Maybe it is because I've been watching Game of Thrones but I envisioned Emilia Clarke as Bettina, Jason Momoa as Trehan, and Nikolaj Coster-Waldau as Caspion.

I also pictured Jason Momoa as Trehan the whole time. I was thinking of Chace Crawford for Caspion. I am not quite sure about Bettina, though.

Oooh. If I had pictured Khal Drogo, maybe I wouldn't have struggled so much with this one. He is one sexy Dothraki. ;)

I also so Trehan as one of the seagulls from Finding Nemo.... with the amount of times he would refer to Bettina as "Mine! Mine! Mine!"

I pictured Bradley James ("Merlin") as Cas, Lily Collins ("TMI: City of Bones") as Bettina, and for some reason Michelle Pfeiffer's role in "Stardust" made me think of Morgana. Even though Morgana is immortal and youthfully beautiful, I could not picture anybody else but Ms. Pfeiffer. Sorry.

I was at a loss for Trehan and for the other Dacian males. As for Kosmina, I had Amanda Seyfried in mind.

Never tried casting, let me think a moment... Trehan I can see as Johnny Lee Miller(Sherlock from Elementary).

Natalie Dormer for Bettina.

I dunno if I'm just lucky or what, but the description of Trehan totally fits my boyfriend, so I've pretty much imagined him the whole way through. Nobody else seems to fit.

Bettina- I was thinking Anna Kendrick, tiny, can play vulnerable but also fierce.

Trehan - Alexander Skarsgard, but he is now who I think of whenever there is a badass vampire dude, so there is that.

Cas - Kellan Lutz - But that could be because I found Cas annoying and was looking forward to his beating.

Raum - Brian Blessed, no question, just like Cara said earlier.

Morgana- Portia De Rossi

I envisioned Bettina as Lili Simmons from Banshee or Meghan Ory from Once Upon a Time because of their long hair.

Either Joe ManGaniello from True Blood or Nestor Carbonell from Lost & Wilfred as Trehan.

I think Vinnie Jones would be better for Salem. It would match the attempts at an accent better IMO.

I suddenly envisioned Jonathan Ross as Salem... Totally could work with the accent.

I've been seeing Nora Zehetner on various shows - Grimm, Warehouse 13 - so when the description for Bettina came up she floated front. No ideas came to mind for the others.. Maybe Catherine Zeta Jones for her godmother?
