Actually, I was wondering about the 'werewolves'. Do they have super-good jobs or something?

They don't have jobs, the Keepers give them pretty much anything they want and in return they guard Haldis (A piece of the elemental weapon which can send the source of the Keeper's power back to his own realm.)
