One that works perfect is you build a bunker between your minerals and command center fill it with marines and when you are under attack get all your scvs to repair it. it will last for a long time
This is a bit late but have you seen the April Fool's day Terra-tron? That was VERY funny. As a last resort, the Terran base combines into a large robot. LOL. I wish that would be possible in the real game.

Oh well. I found out that people who don't use siege tanks when they are playing terran are noobs. Just like Zerg players not using zerglings.
ya people think zerglings suck cause they dont have much HP but if you have alot you can win in an instant
Hydras are really good units but Zerg pros don't even use them!? I don't get it! The Hydras are like one of the best anti-air/anti-land units! Any answers?
Another strategy is to build a supply depot wall in a chokepoint and build an engineering bay in the middle. Once you build that, you can always lift it like a gate.

Jamis wrote: "ya people think zerglings suck cause they dont have much HP but if you have alot you can win in an instant"Very true very very true a mass of lings can be killer to anything unless you know how to counter it in wich you need either a firebat/tank/or high templar each with splashing damage and if you want to try and do you best air them but still they are very good at causing havoc in the early game later on maybe
For a strategy for terrans depends on how fast you want to win just like the zerg would you want a quick or a drawed out win but for terrans again just as austan said bunker and rine rush is a good way to win the early game for long one that is kind of tricky. Again as i said in the zerg strategy switching units would be a good idea if you draw it out to long and you keep making the same unit you will need to switch off to make this super effective since each unit can be taken out easily by another but if you are very economical try a bc attack
Heres A strategy. Get a Vulture With spider mines and go lay 1 at a mineral patch at the spot were other people will put their command center/nexus/hatchery and the wont be able to build there and will be forced to build farther away from the minerals
