Christine PNW (moonlight_reader) Can I read one of the Virgin River books, which are set in an imaginary town (Virgin River) in Humboldt County, California? In other words - is a fake town that is set in the real state OK for this one?

Sorry, Fiona, this book appears to be set in Mexico. For this task, it would need to be set in the US state of New Mexico.

If at least half of the book takes place in California then, yes, it'll work. However, the description says the main character returns to Iowa after her father's death. If the book more than half of the book takes place in Iowa, it won't work.
