Why dosen't this book have the Mr ... chapter titles like the other two books?

Dani As I've mentioned on the title the ebook copy that i read of mile high doesn't have the Mr .... titles like In Flight or Grounded does. I'm wondering if its something wrong with the copy i borrowed since i only bought the first book. The second and third i borrowed my friends ebook reader to read :D

Hello Yeah it didn't really have the Mr. chapter titles and I thought there was something wrong with my copy but I was glad they came back in the third book.

Trinesha Actually R.K. Lilley didn't name the chapters in Mr headings for book two. Before releasing book three she asked her readers via her website if they wanted her to title them again and everybody, of course, agreed.
