So i am currently reading Bobby Singer's ultimatum guide to hunting and i wonders, have any of you Assbutt's read the book? what did you think about it?or have you read any of the other books like John Winchesters journal of the encyclopedia of monsters and demons! Tell me all about it! Reviews please !

Hey fellow Wayward Daughter!! I haven't read Bobby's guide to hunting book but I did read John Winchwester's Journal. It was alright I guess. Not as awesome as I expected but decent. I love the season companions guides the best. They're full of behind the scenes stuff and interviews.

I didn't knew they had season guides hm, might have to look into that!

I personally think that the book about Bobby was pretty fun. For one i really love Bobby Singer and the book is written the exact way he speaks so that's great really. The book also.explains some thing about the death of his wife, his relation with Rufus and or beloved Winchesters brothers and how he became a hunter. Also it explains some things like sulfur and the traps you can make and what not and it has nice drawings in it!

If you love Bobby i recommend this book : )

I'll definitely read it then :D I love Bobby. He's amazing. So is Jim Beaver. He came to New Zealand last year and was really funny and awesome!!
I definitely definitely recommend the season companions (Supernatural : The Official Companion Season 1 - they have one for every season as well) and The Essential Supernatural: On the Road with Sam and Dean Winchester. The Essential Supernatural is full of glorious giant colour pictures. Only read it if you've finished up to season 7 though. Otherwise it's spoilers galore :P

hm I'm currently watching Season 6 so i might have to wait a little longer Haha. The problem with me buying these books is that they don't sell them in my local bookstores and neither do they in dutch online bookstores : ( i want them though! and i can't order at Amazon! -groan- i will definitely check them out.

huhu, they should make a book "an Angels dairy: By Castiel" with his story and maybe pictures of dean in it hahahaha. Ohoho man. I hope you ship Destiel Haha

i'm not sure if i've seen that one yet :( but I'm definitely looking forward to seeing it! I'm looking forward to season 8 especially for all the Destiel feels !!

I know right! when Cas bought all the things dean loves! awe, i nearly died. They have to be canon, have to!!

oh and no, my library sux and.next to that I'm a slow reader so i would have to loan it for really.long and i just love to actually.own them

As for the books, I've read Nevermore and I'm currently reading Bone Key. I need to read the guides and Bobby's book though. (Also, Destiel is perfect.)

There's a Supernatural Coloring book coming out in a few weeks. Adding that to my Christmas list right now. Better stock up on Impala black crayons as well as blood red.

There is a whole series of Supernatural books per the series. Those don't actually exist thought right? Also, the ... alternative books about them?

Actually i looked on Ebay and stuff and the books per the TV series does exist. But the alternative books dont
