who's your favorite character in the books? Mine's Finnick :)

Mine is Katniss. I like how strong she is mentally and how she puts others before herself. Plus her hunting skills are awesome :)

I don't hate Gale, he just was too much like Katniss, so they wouldn't have gone together well

hmmm yeah good point... if you look at it that way I completely despise him. I think Prim's death was the most shocking and one of the most sad parts in the books

Regarding the Peeta and Gale thing, I honestly didn't care who Katniss wanted to be with. I liked her with both. I was a little surprised that she ended up choosing Peeta though because the Capitol forced her into the "star crossed lovers" relationship with him. She never really wanted to take it further with him herself. Case in point: the staged wedding in Catching Fire. Relationships shouldn't be forced.

My favorite character has changed. It used to be Finnick, but after reading CF again, it's Johanna. I still <3<3<3<3<3<3<3 Finnick, though

I don't know, really. She's just awesome, I guess. She doesn't care about anything or anybody, etc. I think it's cool. She also has a lot of really awesome quotes

I wish that we were told more about Finnick and Annie before Finnick was killed. That made me a bit sad. At the end of the 3rd book when they were talking their votes to find out if the Hunger Games should be turned around so that the Capital people had to do it, I almost cried when Annie said that Finnick would be against it.

yes I really wanted more of Finnick and Annie. BTW, have you seen who they cast as her?
