About your public library, whether you're borrowing paper books or ebooks.

Barb Sad to say my local library is not user-friendly or friendly and it costs me $60 a year to have a card. Which is why I don't have a card. However, our impending move will take me to a city with 2 choices of library systems and BOTH cards are free and after visiting one of the libraries I'm very excited because the first impression was outstanding!

We technically live "outside" of town so we are not allowed a free card. It was like that in our last town as well, despite the fact that the subdivision is not out in the boonies. However, in the old town if you had kid in school district they waived the fee, which made sense since kids sometimes have to use library for schoolwork. Well, not here. Dumb place. I really won't miss it.
