Harry Nelson Hello,
I joined GoodReads to see if I could find someone to read my book and give me some insights. (I guess its called Beta reading?) Is this the right place to start.

The book is about a musician who discovers that his song was stolen by a lucid dreamer and turned into a satanic death metal song. It drives him over the edge but he discovers that he is much more powerful in the dream world than he ever imagined.

Harry

I may know the answer to the first question but have forgotten it by now.

Anyway, can we list anywhere a book we wrote?

And in the BOTM does it have to be a full novel? Or will a novelette or novella be okay?

Hi, there! It's no problem. You can post about your book under the category "authors". See this link for more help: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/group...

Also, I prefer that the BOTM be a full novel, but feel free to propose the novelette as a buddy read in a separate thread and see if anyone would like to read it with you.

Thanks!

Thanks for answering even though I am late in seeing your answer

Can we list our own book in the poll to vote for BOTM?
