Emilee | 12 comments I love all of Alexander's books. A Lasting Impression and To Whisper Her Name both have similar settings. Which one is your favorite?

Pamela Jo | 10 comments I really loved "A Lasting Impression" and found it to be of special interest because I have toured the Belmont Mansion. It's beautiful, and having seen it made the story really come to life. The characters were great, as was the plot. The time period is also one of my favorites, along with the Old South setting. The fact that it included people who actually lived in Belmont Mansion added to the interest.

Charmaine (empress_charla) | 114 comments Cool - I didn't know that the story included people who really lived in the mansion :-) I haven't read this one yet but I borrowed it from the library! I haven't read any of her books.

Emilee | 12 comments Charmaine, I have read all of her books and I would highly recommend them.

Pamela Jo | 10 comments You are so right, Emilee! All of Tamera Alexander's books are excellent. The historical research is great and adds to each story. I recently bought "To Whisper Her Name" but have not yet read that one. I am reading a book for a review right now, but plan to start "To Whisper Her Name" when I'm finished with my current read.

Emilee | 12 comments I'm almost finished with "To Whisper Her Name". It is really good!

Emilee | 12 comments Remembered is my favorite! And I loved Beyond This Moment!

Emilee | 12 comments Jack in Remembered is one of my all-time favorite heros!

Lisa Oops, deleted my comment accidently. Anywho! Love Tamera Alexander, her historicals are amazing. I'm reading through her Colorado books right now. I think The Inheritance is my new favorite, I can't put it down! And Remembered was wonderful, also. It had an extra bit of humor in it that I enjoyed. I'm looking forward to reading her Southern novels!

Sandra (goodreadscomsandraardoin) | 16 comments Tamera Alexander is one of my favorite writers. She has such a gentle voice. From A Distance is my favorite. I've read A lasting Impression and really liked it. Right now, I'm in the process of reading To Whisper Her Name--can't say yet which I like better, but since I love horses and racing, it might wind up being the latter. I also really like the hero.

Emilee | 12 comments Sandra, have you read the Fountain Creek Chronicles?

Sorry. I've been AWOL on Goodreads. Yes, I've read all her books. I loved Rekindled in the Fountain Creek Chronicles series.

To update my post from before, I think I liked To Whisper Her Name more than A Lasting Impression, thought I liked them both. You can't go wrong with Tamera Alexander.

Emilee | 12 comments I liked "To Whisper Her Name" better too.

Amanda Lauderman | 1 comments It is hard for me to pick which one was better. I can't wait to read more in the series.

Christin | 3 comments I think "To Whisper Her Name" is my favorite. I loved how the story unfolded.
