Can u make a topic where people can ask if anyone wants to rp with them?

Maybe.... You could make a topic where its like a meeting place for all the................packs or covens to meet, to discuss things? And sign treaties?

I'm going to say no, on my side, I'm not sure how Kay feels about this. I've just seen groups that have started out with a certain amount of species, then have been overran with species that weren't of the original options. Besides, FallenVale isn't near an Ocean...so it would be odd to have a mermaid living there...

When you put the list of approved characters you can also put who made them... Maybe? :)
