an amazing author who leaves an amazing body of work as his legacy.

I already noted it in my introduction, but I've decided to read all his Culture novels in honour of his memory, from Consider Phlebas to The Hydrogen Sonata in Chronological order. I'm only half through player of games at the moment though
Sad indeed. Player of Games was awesome. I have mostly read his contemporary fiction having got hooked on The Wasp Factory....but will definitely be making time to read the rest of his sci-fi work. R.I.P. Iain
