I really haven't read a lot of Scifi Romance but I love Sherrilyn Kenyon's The League series.

There is Gabriel's Ghost by Linnea Sinclair

Brides of the Kindred by Evangeline Anderson is one of my "guilty Pleasures". Its a fun series not meant to be taken seriously.. plenty of smexy times and good when you want a light read.

I really liked "Ghost Planet" by Sharon Lynn Fisher.

BTW, I've been working on a futuristic romance myself and am looking for feedback since none of my friends are interested in the genre. (I've published a lot of non-fiction over the years, so I'm not a bad writer.) The manuscript itself is complete, and I'm half-way through the revision. If anyone is interested, I've posted the first half on a blog--but it does have a few rather explicit love scenes, so this blog is marked 'mature' and if you're into sweet romance, you probably wouldn't like it.
