well, The Goddess test series are awesome, you cant try Starcrossed series, Oh.My.Gods series,

The Goddess test sucked no offense but Starcrossed was good

What about the Shadow Falls Camp? Born at Midnight and so on. it's not exactly about mythology but about supernaturals. Just great.

Vampire Academy. As the title suggests, it's about vampires instead of Gods and Goddesses. Vampire Academy and Mythos Academy have similar plots, though. Both series involve the heroine being trained at boarding school to fight bad guys, but in Vampire Academy's case it's vampires instead of Gods. So if you're looking for a series with a similar plot to Mythos Academy then Vampire Academy is the best recommendation.
