There are a few Supernatural books (put out by Titan I think) and I've only read two, but they sucked. I don't think the writers are fans of the show. The boys don't sound like they should and the stories fall flat. In one of them there were new characters that took up most of the book, showing the writer just wanted to use Supernatural to jump start his own career and characters.

I tried to get them to let me write a book, but they said they have all the writers they need. Too bad they don't have writers who actually love the show.

Alexis (alexis1299hallyufangirl) | 4 comments I started reading the series and while they are good, they fail to capture the essence of the characters we fell in love with on the show. I would love to read the Chuck version.

Sarah | 4 comments You should read the books by David Reed, he actually writes for the show so is pretty spot on, love the Journal he did for Bobby.

I haven't tried David Reed. I'll have to look into it. I hated the ones that I tried because they don't sound like them. Why don't they do actual books like the Chuck books that follow the episodes? I would buy them all
