everyday i get called emo it is kinda fun sometimes
no body at my school really calls me emo because there are more emos than any other group of people. i dont really consider myself one tho. i supposedly listen to 'emo' music, but i dont consider 30 seconds to mars, my chemical romance, or panic at the disco emo. a little.... different maybe. a little out there, but not emo.

i can honestly say that i haven't because im not but still i have friends that r emo so i know a lot about it. and my brother used to be emo and so was my ex- sister inlaw
so this is about the whole cutting thing not all emo people cut themselves and i hate that stareo type i know from cutting myself ne1 who does it theres more to it then they wanted attion and ne1 who does it for that is stupid and last year i was called emo like everyday so yea
ive been called emo, its not a big deal or anything i mean its just a word. people who call u emo probably dont even kno wut emo is hahaha

o my gosh people call me emo all the time. I hate when people streotype emo with slitting your wrists. Its a disease and people make fun of it. My sister used to slit her wrists and so did some of my friends. People at my school think im a freak and there is no1 like me...so...plus one of the only reasons they call me emo is because i shop at Hot Topic.
I have been called emo all of my life. I cry, I laugh, I blow up, I hate the way I am so emo. I still don't think that they have a right to stereotype me. I hate people who stereotype each and every person in to some very unbecoming category. I don't think they want to know what category I put them in.
i agree hannah well i have slit my wrist and many other body parts and i mean i used to get in trouble for just beating people up who would like call me emo because im not or was not emo i was me so yea w/e i havnt cut in about 5 months my mom sent me to rehab for it back like 7 months ago then istarted agian and stoped :[ its not an easy thing to just stop doing and yea
and andi i knwo wat ya mean i just let my emotions out and yea and i speak my mind and if people want to categorize me in being emo or bitch that theyre problem not mine

I get called emo everyday for the past 2 years. I've just sort of gotten used to it. Saying that I'm emo also allows me to take the easy way out when trying to explain some things. like:person: why were you in the hospital
me: emo stuff
person: whats those marks on your arm
me: emo stuff
it makes things hard, but at the same time it makes them easier
that's so true!! but i blame all my issues on my depression or my father

Marit, honestly that was mean. By saying that comment, you were dissing her. That isn't cool at all. I agree with Sarah...with not as much extensions as "duh seriously get a life" more like "please stop, and go on with your life".

but I don't like cut myself
or anything. People
just think I'm emo
because they think I
dress emo, or they think
my hair looks emo.
Sometimes it's fun to
be called emo though.
