Kawana huddled in a corner closing her eyes tightly to hide from them, but she knew even tho she couldn't die from her wounds they still agonizing... She flinched in pain glad they had finally left her alone to suffer...
Xen hated this place. He kept his blue eyes, but changed his hair to a dark, blood shade of red.
It suited him fair enough, the curls being like a stylish bed-head.
He walked casually through. When he came across a room he opened it, the metal door creaking as it opened. Shedding rusted light into the damp, earthy area.
The angel walked in. Hearing chains he looked to his left and saw someone curled up in a ball.
Pitiful... really...

Kawana froze instantly hearing someone entered before she opened her pale red eyes turning her head to face whoever had entered hoping she wouldn't have to endure anymore pain so soon...
The angel kissed its teeth in annoyance, making a loud tsk, sound. It saw the other angel jump slightly. He sighed and closed the door behind him, snapping his fingers he held a flame to his palm.
He lit up the room's torch and knealt down beside the being, "What are you doing here?"

Kawana didn't answer swallowing heavily as she slowly sat up not wanting to seem weak in front him tho she sure felt like it not wanting to admit why she was in here besides the fact she feared speaking ignoring her long black hair which swayed at her movement..
Xen sighed. He got up and looked around. There wasn't anyone else here.
He looked back to the being, his face impassive. "I'm not going to hurt you... you know that." He frowned slightly.

Kawana sighed silently looking away not believing anything anyone said anymore lies lies and more lies.. She glanced back making a weak gesture towards her throat indicating she didn't talk...
The angel had his hands behind his back. This was not going well.
He heard some footsteps coming and outed the light from the torch by glancing back at it; darkness swallowed their figures until the being past by.
Xeen made sure that he heard nothing before he set the torch a light again.
He walked back to the female, bending down he fiddled with the chains, "I need you to do something for me." His blue eyes were bright even in the dim lighting.
They were unwavering.

Kawana stayed near the wall watching the glow of the light hearing and watching with fear before she tensed flinching slightly away from the man when he came closer knowing her wounds were soon all to heal before she narrowed her pale red eyes at him..... what may that be?
she asked in his mind her lips almost like they were glued shut with their stillness but luckily what she was enable her to communicate through thoughts and hear them in response if she wished::
"I need to find something... in return I guess you can have freedom if you wish... Xen answered back, a sour smile on his face. He noticed the color of the girl's eyes but couldn't really identify the being.
Kawana gave him a sour look her eyes clearly stating she didn't trust him and in their pale depths showed a Lost tortured persona masked by a nearly impassive barrack..if you are in need of something then how could I ever be of assistance in helping find its location? she asked her confusion shown in her mental tone..
and you may be able to 'grant' me my freedom but that doesn't stop them from coming after me she pointed out in her dull impassive sounding mental tone her wounds closing up and the pain slightly subsided..
Ah, you are smarter than you look, Xen's tone was more like a joking ass, but somehow seriously sarcastic, Your rank... 'IRIN-QADESHIN', Holy watcher... he pointed to her left arm as an insignia glowed under her skin as in response, you have possibly seen what I am searching for. And you will just have to trust me. They will not come after you...
The angel got up. This was the being's chance.
Her last, if he were to be mistaken.

Kawana scowled glancing at her left arm seeing her odd skull designed tattoo and glanced back up at him quickly debating her options.. Which were close to none.. She then glared slightly at him.. not everyone is their intelligent stranded at first glance taking a look deeper is to understand the true nature of the being she informed him in the same tone but more cold..
and how are you to know that when it isn't acknowledged by me? she asked raising an eyebrow which only made the small odd red tattoo near it to become more noticeable..
if as you say I've seen what your looking for which I have every reason to doubt why are you going to take the chance? And for me to trust you is like mummifying myself alive, obviously.... But seems to be my only choice besides the Inevitable so I will help you as I am however capable she concluded staring past him at the door..
Great. Xen smiled softly, "Despite your harshness, I am still grateful." He whispered as he took the gut of the thick chains and squeezed his grip. Shattering the old worn metal. Though he did not put much strength to it so the pieces were not big enough to cause more noise.
"You do realize that you will have to leave the room with me? Otherwise you will end up back here."
And not by my choice...

And not by my choice...
Kawana took a deep breath when the chain shattered watching it with odd disbelief before she glanced at him rubbing her wrists were the chains cuffs used to be..I understand what needs to be done in this situation she replied softy almost as if she was whispering in his mind.. She then materialized a simple red dress on herself for the one she wore moments before was ripped and slashed at the back not looking at him she struggled to her feet using the wall as support feeling her legs quake beneath her until they grow steady with her weight and then only then did she return her gaze to him knowing her hair was covering the odd smooth metal cuffs on her upper arms but not all of the cuff around her throat but she hoped he wouldn't notice not wanting to explain anything at all...
leaving as soon as we can would be highly suggested.......
"As you wish. Xen had seen the chains when he got in the room, he just hadn't seen the one around the being's neck.
It infuriated him, but he kept a steely gaze, forcing a practised smile.
"Shall we?" He opened the door for her.
When she exited it lingered behind and lifted casually a knocked out angel with brown hair, bringing him to the same location as the girl and chaining him up.
He whispered something in its ear before leaving, locking the door.
The angel continued to walk down the dark hallway.

Kawana watched him carefully as she exited the room before she continued to follow him growing nervous but she kept her hollow expression while she wondered what he was looking for As she glanced around hurrying to catch up with him fearing of being caught...
Xen caught her before she turned a corner. Another angel passed by, its armour shone like a dying sun. It was eerie and like burning bronze.
When it was gone he whispered in his mind, What I am looking for is not here...

Kawana froze when he stopped her watching the angel go by with a shudder glancing at him masking her fearif it, whatever it is, Is not here may we leave quickly?. She asked glancing around wondering if she was supposed to hear that as she wrapped her arms around herself shifting uncomfortable on her bare blood stained feet..
Yes. We can leave... The angel put his arm casually around the waist of the other and they fazed out.
They were at a lake now, the sky was grey.
They were at a lake now, the sky was grey.
((So were moving to the lake thread...? If so would you like me to post first?))Kawana let out a breath of relief glancing around once last time hopefully before the next she knew she was looking upon a lake..
((Yes please ^^ And yes, to the lake thread!))
