Honeydukes Passageway
Eriq followed Genevieve into the passage, bending low. Dust stirred up around him and he had the desperate need to cough. Once the urge had passed he caught up to the second year I first of him

the light from her newly-lit wand illuminated both and she looked up to the top of the tunnel almost hearing the footsteps above, "A little creepy isn't it?" she whispered.
Eriq coughed violently before answering, " Thats a understatement" he whispered smelling dampness of the walls and the eerie feeling that they weren't alone. Their voices echoed in such a small place. Eriq coughed again. " Shall we keep moving" the third year wheezed.

Eriq nodded and lot his wand. Even more light pouring through the space. He looked up ahead towards Genevieve. The passage split into two right where she stood. " Im going to let you make the decision on which direction we go" the exhausted boy remarked begrudgingly.

Eriq followed her the skinny third practically as big around as Genevieve had no trouble getting through. " Everything all right?" he asked crouching next to her.

"Well then shall we carry on?" she continued abruptly.
(( spiders why does it always have to be spiders...))
Eriq laughed and made a mental not to remember that for a future time. " Well now that we've had that amusing scare lets keep moving." Eriq grinned as he saw Genevieve's face color. Eriq began to fall behind Genevieve as the tired and stressed out boy slowed down.

Trying valiantly not to haul off and smack Eriq, Gen sighed and turned around into the tunnel "I'd like to see you try to put up with them when you come through here," her head popped around quickly and she winked a little wickedly like she was paying him back "Alone mind you," she chuckled and continued...
((Mmm whuzzat? wouldn't he want to remember that for a future time?))
(( meantt note not not. And totally thinking IJ))
Eriq followed her slightly warily his wand out in front of him. He saw a rat by his foot. " Go on!" he said waving his foot, the rodent scampered away you could hear its little claws scraping. Eriq hurried forward her rounded the corner to come face to face with Genevieve .

(( its actually 12:13. But I have a two hour delay tomorrow so that's why Im up so late. Goodnight! ))

Eriq followed her slightly warily his wand out in front of him. He saw a rat by his foot. " Go on!" he said waving his foot, the rodent scampered ..."
((Ah thanks. Same here :D my bro and I repeat that all the time only your probably thinking of "Snakes, why does it have to be snakes?))
Genevieve smirked "Getting hasty to get out of this place eh? well," she took a few steps back and her red hair was suddenly blazing with torchlight "Here we are my dear Bellaire." she said and eyes glinting with excitement pushed the door out further poking her head out to search the corridor for occupants.
((Um one little nitpick. When you say "practically as big around as Genevieve," Gen is supposed to be stout. I just mean that as a correction as my sleep-deprived mind has apparently increased my intrinsically perfectionist attitude :D))

((WOW! I'm a hour earlier and glad of it lol tlr! good night))
(( sorry I am in another group role playing with a stick thin Genevieve :P ))
Eriq looked from behind her. The corridors seems empty. He couldn't help but feel as if there were unseen eyes watching him. He prodded Genevieve in the back " Lets go" he hissed into her ear, the nervous feeling intensifying. When she didn't move he gave her a slight push forward.

Gen rolled forwards and sprawled out onto the paving stone of the corridor turning around tears in her eyes "Mon dieu." she whispered "She was dead but now alive." a tear spilled out onto her cheek and she sat up it trailing down like a spilled diamond "Dieu." she whispered again and she put her face in her hands, utterly, shocked.
((DRAMAMAAAA!!))
Eriq furrowed his brow confused at the sudden dramatic chnage in Genevieve. " What happened" he asked frantically pushing the passé entrance shut. When she didn't answer he bent down. " Come on Genevieve, we need to go!" he whispered.

((Sorry I'm reading chemistry with my family and so when it's my page to read I can't post!))
Eriq paled and images rapidly flashed through his mind. " Hey Genevieve am I the only one who feels like were being watched" He glanced furtively around. Something just didn't feel right. The third year had begun to sweat his keen instincts kicking in. (( ok :) ))

Gen stood a little straighter in frozen trepidation, "I don't know," she said under her breath, "it could have been my' she paused for a little "Sight but-" her eyes flashed with caution and flicked around the corridor "This sounds like a horror movie cliche but, did you hear that?" she murmured tense.
((Not my best...))
Eriq eyes widened and he nodded. The third years survival instincts had kicked into full gear. Drawing his wand he glanced back towards Genevieve who hadn't moved. Taking a step forward he braced himself and peered around the corner his eyes peering into what he thought was complete darkness. (( it's ok :) ))

" Don't come closer Genevieve" he said actual fear ringing in his tone. His poison green eyes widened almost comically as he looked straight ahead. Images in his head flashed faster and faster. The air around him had become so much colder, but worse than that was that shadowy figures had begun to appear. " Genevieve go!" he cried

((Would you happen to have a plan?))
(( yes.. Don't worry it doesn't chnage a ton of things))
Eriq didn't move but just stared straight ahead, inside his head memories long forgotten and dreams he never knew he had were going bezerk. The third years mind was at war with itself.

((Mm thank you! and good because I sure don't! Thanks for being patient H.))

Eriqs eyes flickered slightly and suddenly he made a sudden move towards Genevieve. He collapsed into her shoulder and tears streamed down his face as memories taunted him. Finally the attack to his mind stopped, realizing what he was doing Eriq pushed himself away mortified.

((After a few days of wa-a-ay to late in the past couple days and know I must retire for the night since the aforementioned rational and my Role-Playing sucking'Night tlr and thanks for RPing! I've got some stuff with the group to discuss in the morrow...))
Eriqs eyes narrowed and he suddenly became angry. The shadows disappeared. " Don't you think Eaglestone" using her last name, " that I might do something about it if I did" his tone laced with vicious malice. His eyes glinted coldly.

Abruptly the anger left her but she waited for him to speak next, what he would say she did not know.
" Brilliant Observation!" he sneered snakily " Quite clever really!" He was incredibly hostile. He took a step toward Genevieve.
" Wit beyond measure is mans greatest treasure! Ravenclaw was obviously the choice fir you" he snapped sarcastically. At her expression he knew he had gone to far but in the heat if the moment he didn't care.

" Gen!" he cried after her " Wait!" Eriq leaned his head against the wall. He slumped down to the floor and pulled his head to his knees suddenly looking so much smaller. " I really messed up" he groaned quietly. He looked back up and knocked his head against the wall and stated at the ceiling.

((Charmcaster's Market in Hogsmeade to pick up in? I must get off soon FYI anyway.))
James walked briskly along the dark corridor, sporadically looking over his shoulder from time to time. He was absolutely convinced that his discovery out this late would land him in at least another month's worth of detentions, time that he could not afford. However, his lack of time was precisely what had driven him out of the common room tonight anyways.
Spending the majority of his time craning his neck over heavy textbooks or straining his eyes to make out his sloppy notes had taken a bit of a toll, and he wanted a break. What better way to stroll through Hogsmeade at night? He could already smell the freshness of the cobblestone pathways, the smell of the rain that had been falling softly all evening. Mr. and Mrs. Langdon had always been understanding of his night time strolls, from his very first accidental venture into their cellar his first year.
Stopping in front of the one-eyed witch, James pulled his wand from his belt and tapped the witch's hump, whispering, "Dissendium."
Her decrepit hump opened just wide enough for him to slip down, but he stopped with one leg in the hole when he heard footsteps at one end of the hall.

James's head whipped around towards Yellow's voice, which he recognized instantly. Letting out a sigh of relief, his eyes returned to their usual size
He felt a redness creeping up his collar and flushing his ears. It wasn't as if James wasn't used to seeing Yellow, but lately, their O.W.L.S. schedules hadn't quite lined up. He had talked with her, but just in between classes and at meals. This wasn't the exact way he would have chosen to see her again, his legs halfway inside the hump of an ugly old witch.
"Yellow!" he yelped, clapping a hand to his mouth when she motioned for him to keep his voice down. "Erm...hi." He said sheepishly, swinging his leg out of the hole and perching on the witch's rear end, posing like a bird about to take flight. His heart had begun to race rather quickly when he'd heard the footsteps, and it was just now returning to its regular pace.
Gesturing to the hole beneath him, James began to speak again. "Just...you know...taking a walk." He held his wand out in front of him to better see her face, her eyes were bright and full of amusement.

James snickered unconvincingly. "Surely not." He laughed quietly at Yellow's unbelieving smile. He swung off of the witch's back, landing in a crouch on the ground. Straightening up and brushing off his wrinkled t shirt hastily, he stepped forward to briefly hug her, then stepped back and just looked at her.
Yellow reflected how James felt, and probably looked too. Tired, a little frazzled. He ran a hand through his hair.
"I just...with O.W.L.S. and all. I don't know, I just felt like going to Hogsmeade...just to clear my head. You know," he shrugged.

((Don't you hate when your post is deleted? Yeah me too.))
James leaned a little closer to see her face fully, finding it interesting that he truly couldn't see beyond the small orb of light cast by his wand. He smiled and hugged Yellow to him, realizing in a wave how much he had missed spending time with her.
"Bold of you to assume that I'm going to get caught," he joked, pulling a lock of her hair playfully. He opened his mouth to invite Yellow along, but Yellow beat him to it.
James bobbed his head up and down enthusiastically, grinning jovially. "Yes, yes! I could use some company."

James held his wand out in front of him, squinting more to be able to see clearly. He stumbled over a loose stone, and kicked it, annoyed, out of the way. Righting himself, James acted like nothing had happened, causing Yellow to laugh.
"So," he said, shoving his free hand in his pocket, "What have you been up to? How are things in your world?" James looked ahead, and the tunnel stretched out in front of them, dark except for the parts his wand light touched.

James looked at her, raising his eyebrows disbelievingly. He tilted his head, monitoring her facial expressions. "I..." he began but shook his head. "I'm so glad! You would be great on the team. They could use a new seeker after this year, that's for sure," he nodded solemnly, remembering the many fantastic losses of the Ravenclaw house due to their subpar seeker. Poor boy.
"And studying. Now that I can relate to," James was wildly behind in several of his classes, even though he had aimed to stop cutting class so frequently, and had made a goal to keep up to date on his homework. This apparently wasn't enough. He sighed.
The pair walked in silence for a bit, but James decided to dive in head first. "Look, are you okay? When you answered my question you seemed a little...forced maybe?" He said tentatively, watching her reaction closely.

Potterheadstudent of Hogwarts that has followed the tales of Harry Potter. This is probably the most-used of passages and can be found behind a hump-backed statue, it is opened by "Dissendium" and the teachers typically forget the students making their way into Hogsmeade.
Beware though students have been seen in detention after encountering Lilith Mayer by the passage...
