There is a digital version, at least of the latest incarnation of the series. Some of the new volumes are in hardback as well, but not many. Details available here: http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_nos...
This series has been published primarily in the UK but in this day and age, it shouldn't be too difficult to get them anywhere when you buy on-line.That said, a lot of the original lot are now out of print, even here in the UK.
A good list of all titles released titles, both old and new, is here: https://www.worldswithoutend.com/list...
I buy books from USA with free delivery. I'm sure you can find them, but look on Amazon com [not UK cause you will be charged for oversee delivery], it should say from were they will be shipped. http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_nos...
Not really expensive as well.
P.S. A lot of the titles in this series have been re-published many times not in this imprint. For instance the classic Time Machine is widely available, recently it was offered free in kindle format.
