i liked indie up until the last book. i just wanted to slap her in the face! i was legit screaming "NOOOO!!!" dose anyone else think that was pretty bogus of her to be all obsessive over xander and kiss ky! this chick just wants to get into everybody pants, lol.

God I really hated Indie... from the start ;)

Does anyone else hate Ky BECAUSE of Indie?
Indie rubbed me the wrong way from the very beginning, but I loved Ky and Xander up until Reached.
But when Ky finally admits that he kissed Indie back, and that he LOVES Indie?! I'm sorry, excuse me?
It doesn't matter that it's "in a way that won't work"- I still find it unacceptable for Cassia to have gone to hell and back trying to reach Ky and still be busting her ass to find a cure and visiting him every day- while he's off having an inner monologue finally admitting to himself (and NOT the girl he supposedly also loves) that he actually kissed Indie BACK and is in LOVE with her... I hated Ky after that.
Yeah, Indie shouldn't have kissed Ky. But HE is the one who kissed HER back, and is in love with her. Does anyone else think that maybe Ky deserves some of the blame, and not just Indie? Not that she doesn't still deserve to be a disliked character, too.

yes! i give ky just as much blame. It takes 2 to tango. once i read "i love indie, but not in the way i love cassia" i was all WTF!?!?!? i was pissed off. Cassia is definitely not like Katniss or Tris, shes really forgiving and its one of the things i hate, but at the same time, like her.

i really didn't enjoy her because i felt that she had ulterior motives that would get in the way of what i wanted to happen, but i have to say that there was a lot of resolution in the last book that made me think otherwise. i don't know - i think that she had a good role in the book to stir things up but she had a great back story that would make for a great novella or .5 version of this series

i think that it was stupid of ally to start a romance between them in the last book it leaves u with to many questions!!

I didn't hate Indie, but I think that Condie shouldn't have made Ky start to fall in love with her. I mean, I think that Xander and Lei are perfect for each other, but Ky and Indie? No. No way.

I HEAR YOU. I seriously threw my book across the room when Ky admitted that he kissed Indie back AND he loved her. I'm pissed off.

He loved her...but as a friend. Indie story was so sad because neither of the boys she fell for, fell for her back.
She's the underdog, and the one that no-one cares about dying - how can you not love her?
Everyone got their happy ending but her.
How does that not break your heart?

Well remember Ky was truly in love with Cassia but he loved Indie just not in the way he loved Cassia. Cassia loved Xander why do you feel differently about Ky when Cassia had the same thing going on?

i felt like this book was made of love triangles. i think it was three of them? it really ruined the book for me, so yeah i got kind of mad , but still... i couldn't help thinking "of course"

Totally agree I always liked indie and was sad when she died. She just wanted someone to love her. Obviously she had to die for everything to smooth out but Ky was kind of relatable to someone like indie. Not saying they were better for each other than cassia and ky of course. They were good friends though.

Preach honey Preach! Honestly I loved Indie from the beginning! I was heartbroken when she died. I honest to God was totally sipping Ky and Indie for a while legit. I wanted Xander and Cassia to finally get together and realize Cassia can do better and deserves Xander and Ky and Indie to fall madly in love leave the society and find peace somewhere else in the world. I really would have loved that.

Oh I read the beginning and the end of the book, I was so bored I couldn't take it anymore... so I missed this, dang, it was interesting, lol

Omg I know this is late but whatevs caus I hate indie so much....I can't believe Ky would betray Cassia like that but Cassia forgives him..for me Indie ruined the book and story and I wanted to slap her in the face....she ruined the book for me....lmao

I never really minded Indie but after she kissed Ky I pretty much freaked every time I saw her name on the page.
