**spoiler alert** Linden And Rhine? Did they ever have a chance at being happy together?

I honestly thought that Rhine had something for Linden, and Linden obviously loved Rhine. But, Could they have ever been happy together?

I think they could... I mean it seemed like she was starting to like him, she just couldn't under the situation. But she kept the ring?
Maybe they had a chance, But i'm reading SEVER Now, and i really just dont like how Linden acts around her.
I dont believe Rhine has a chance with Gabriel either, so maybe it's just me.

I feel that if Rhine didn't have family and a home to go back to, she wouldn't have been so willing to escape.
I think they could have been happy together under different circumstances. If Rhine wasn't kidnapped from her still living brother, if Linden wasn't under Housemaster Vaughn's control. But those were the circumstances so I don't think it could have worked out between them despite their true feelings for each other.
YES. A hundred times yes. I blame Vaughn and I hate him for it. He gets what's coming to him in book 3 though.
If Linden and Rhine had met in a different circumstance, then yes, they would have been happy together and made a cute couple :)
there is nothing to explain the way i felt when linden died, it just happened so quick, and i just kept on reading thinking any moment he would come back alive...he would wake up. it wasn't until he was buried that the realisation finally hit. I could barely read the few pages after!! :( :( but yes, throughout the entire series i felt that they could seriously end up together, that some how they would...
I really wanted them to be together... I always liked Linden better... I literally cried when I read that Linden died!
